Last Day of June!

Picked AM before I went to APIIT today. This time, she walked with me from where I parked my car. In class, some people were busy with their assignments. After PENG and we had NS. During the class, Miss Jessica was teaching us some sample questions so we can cope with the test later.
.
After that, we went to the lab because ML, KW, AC and RS wanted to finalize and print some stuff. They did their stuff and printed their slides. The colour printer ran out of ink so they asked them to come back later.
.
We went for lunch but couldn't find a place to seat. After 3 minutes or so, we finally got a place. Then, we went back to the lab to collect their printings. Next, I followed them to the binding shop and helped them with some stuff. We handed in our assignments up together after that.
.
We went to the library to revise on our NS. At 3.30pm, we went to L1-9 for the test. I managed to cram the 10 questions into 4 pieces of paper. Just when I finished, I noticed that there was something written on the top of the paper. "Please Do Every Question On A New Page". I was scared that because I did this, I would lose marks. But after it ended, I found out that most of them did the same as me.
.
After dinner, we went to BV to get some NZ Ice Cream since it is 30th today. Mum suggested we go to Coffee Bean first. M reluctantly followed. On the way, we saw Malaysian Badminton player and World Number 2, Lee Chong Wei. M was OMGing. Mum went up to him and said "Lee Chong Wei? Hi." We all were on the escalator on the way down. Then, she introduced M as "a fan" of him.
.
Mum heard him talking in hokkien so she asked him in hokkien "eh sai hip siong boh?", meaning "can we take a picture?". He replied "eh sai", meaning "Can". When we reached the Ground Floor, mum took out her phone and took a picture of them. He looks kinda ugly to me. No offense.
.

Before he left, M said "Bei Jing Jia You", meaning "good luck in Beijing". In Coffee Bean, M was so hyped and started SMSing another friend who were crazier about him. Mum started telling SMSing the whole world about how her daughter took a picture with Lee Chong Wei. Well, I beat her to that because I'm telling the EVERYONE who reads my blog!
.
Mum ordered a Large IB Cinnamon. I ordered a Large The Ultimate. This time they asked if I wanted the coffee "mild" or "strong". I said "strong" since I haven't have my dose for a long time. Anyway, it tasted the same. M & J shared a Large IB Pure Chocolate.
.
Large Ice Blended The Ultimate
.
After we were done, we walked back to BV to buy ice cream from NZ. We bought 3 quarts and a pint. M told me she saw a waiter that wore specs that kept looking at her. J thought she the guy that scooped ice cream drop a scoop of it. He looked around before scooping it back up and into OUR Quart! But that is just what SHE thinks she saw. Don't take it so seriously becuase J is well known for reporting wrong information...

To the Cinema, Finally...

Woke up in the morning and ate 2 pieces of "heung pang" (biscuit with some sticky fillings). Surfed the net and added some animation to my PowerPoint slides. They came back from BISDS at 11.30am. MM called to ask us if we wanted to go to the coffee shop near Atria for Dim Sum. I suggested Eden instead but someone gave an excuse that he doesn't know how to go there.
.
So, they went or lunch without us. I purchased 5 tickets for "Made of Honour" online before going out. We all went to Pizza Hut for lunch since M wanted to try the new StarzBites Sausage Pizza.
.
We went 2 round before finding an illegal parking spot. We ordered the Starzbites pizza set and another large Hawaiian pizza. The pizza set came with 4 soups, 4 breadstixs and a pitcher of 100plus (refillable). The pizza was okay but I didn't like the sausage part. When we were done, there was still half the Starzbites pizza left. Dad paid and we went to the handphone shop nearby.
.

The new Starzbites Sausage Pizza

Dad bought M a screen protector that was priced RM 8. The guy helped us to stick it on M's phone. He peeled the original protector off and placed the new one there. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't that good and it couldn't stick well on the phone and there were many bubbles. So, the guy said "thank you" and dad replied "thank you". All of us walked out without paying a cent! The worst things is J even took the small piece of cloth that the guy used to wipe the screen!

When we got home, we changed and went over to 97. MM drove to Gardens and we walked to MV. The queue for tickets was sooo long it reached McD. Luckily, we purchased the tickets online earlier and all we needed to do was collect the tickets at the kiosk.
.

The tickets

The 2.50pm show started at 3 something. Nothing unusual. The story was nice actually. The picture quality wasn't that good though. When it ended, M kept asking me why we didn't watch Get Smart instead. I just ignored her and walked on.
.
Before we left, I went to tha autopay station. It wouldn't receive RM10 notes so I walked back to the car and asked for more money. When I came back to the autopay station, there were many people in the line so I went up to P2. There was a counter there so I paid the girl the RM10.
.
Came home and started updating my blog. After dinner, I'll have to go out to bind my PITS assignment....

After THE Friday

Woke up with a weird pain at the back of my head. It was about 7am. I decided to go back to sleep. Then at 11.30am, I woke up. The pain was still there but I woke up instead. E called and asked if we would like to go Umai-ya. We said yes and half an hour later, GG, PP, mum, M, J, E and I went to Umai-ya for lunch.

After lunch, we went to pump petrol for my car. RM120 gone. We stopped outside the 4D shop in Lucky Garden while GG went down to buy his numbers. Then, we went to 97. We hung around there for awhile. Before leaving, we asked MM if she wanted to watch "Get Smart". She said okay.

At home, we checked online for seats. We found out that it was RM11 per seat and the only seats left were the ones in the front! So, our plan "tak jadi". Sucks. So we watched FH II instead. We went out for dinner at 7.30pm.

Dinner was at Muhibah in TTDI with GTA and AJ. The food there was all chewy. For example, the beef, the sweet and sour meat and the "Sotong". After dinner, AC suggested we go to A&W for dessert.

2 cars went first while GM, dad and I dropped by SS's house to give them some biscuits. They weren't in so I hung the biscuits on their door. After that, we went straight to A&W.

We found them sitting in a corner. They were already eating waffles with ice cream. There were 2 more bear essentials to be delivered to our tables. After a few minutes, they delivered the 2 bowls of bear essentials. The bowl with mixed flavours was placed in GG's table while the one with ALL mint was in front of me! MM, mum, E, J, M and I finished it soon enough. We wanted to order another one but the queue was too long!

After dinner, we waited outside TMC while dad went to buy some milk and junk food. At home, we finished watching the remaining 2 episodes of FH II. The ending was nice! Nice and happy endings are hard to find in TVB dramas nowadays. Hopefully, tomorrow we will go watch a movie...

Lunch at Umai-ya in Uptown

We went to Umai-ya for lunch. When we found a parking, mum started to reverse into it and suddenly, a B*@(#! parked in that spot. PP opened the door and nearly wanted to get down and scold her but we managed to convince her no to do so.
.
So, we parked in an empty field and paid RM1.50 for it. In Umai-ya, I ordered a Chicken Teppan Set and Green Tea. The rest of them ordered their own stuff. Mine was the first to come. I took a bite and decided to wait for the others' food to come before continuing.
.

Chicken Teppan Set

GG said it was "good eat". To me, overall, the food was okay. I still prefer Mizu. The service here is also very bad. We clapped many times but they didn't respond to it. Most of the time, the only way to tell the waiter something is to wait for them to pass by our room.

The "FRIDAY" has arrived!

I only slept at 2 am because I was printing and burning the soft copy of my PENG and IS assignments. This time, I had no difficulties sleeping.
.
I woke up at 8am and got ready for college. Before going to TPM, I went to Lucky Garden wanting to bind my IS assignment. I went 3 rounds but there was no parking spots in the MORNING! So, I decided to bind it in APIIT instead.
.
Once I reached APIIT at 10.15am, I saw KH standing on the 2nd floor. I went to meet him and he told me he was waiting there since 8.30am. We went to the lab and we checked for errors and also checked to see if the CD with the soft copy of our assignment was working.
.
Then, KH went downstairs to bind our assignment. I went to look for ML in the discussion room in L2. We waited for AL because we needed his CSFF or else he would have any marks. I was so tempted to hand it in without his CSFF. KH, being kind, said we should wait for him. Until 11am, when we BOTH was so close to leaving the discussion room to hand it in, he called us.
.
We waited for another 5 minutes before he came looking for us. He signed the WBS and filled his CSFF. Then, KH handed in the IS assignment and left for home. I hung out in the discussion room looking at JT, CQ and LY busy with their assignment. AC was there to help LY with his PITS. WL, ML and I just sat there doing nothing.
.
ML and I didn't want to do our PITS yet because my PENG wasn't handed in yet and that didn't give me the "mood". Before lunch, we went to L4 to look for Mr Suresh. he was not in so we went for lunch first.
.
I still had chewing gum in my mouth so I spit it out and left it at the corner of my plate. At the end of the meal, I could find the piece of gum anymore. I suspected that I have swallowed it accidentally but I don't remember feeling anything chewy in my mouth! I looked carefully to see if it is hidden somewhere. Until now, I still don't know if it is in my stomach or not.
.
After lunch, ML and I went to the lab and did our own PITS assignment. I called WL and told her to look for me in the lab before handing in her PENG script to Mr Suresh because I wanted to tag along. After an hour or so, they came to the lab and printed the cover page for their PENG. after binding, we went to L4 together.
.
Mr Suresh was about to leave the office while we were calling his extension. He was surprised to see us and asked us "Why are you looking for me? You didn't make consultation hours with me?". WL answered "You asked us to hand in straight to you right?". Mr Suresh said "Owh, okay" and took the 2 scripts from us.
.
We went back to the lab and noticed that the lab ML and I were in was going to have a class at 3 pm which is just 5 minutes from then. We left the comfy spot to another lab with lousy computers. Our work flow was interrupted and the monitors here aren't as nice as the previous lab.
.
When ML was using the computer, the CPU powered off suddenly. He couldn't turn it on but the monitor was still on. So instead of doing his PITS, he chatted with DO and the others before leaving at 4pm.
.
After doing quite a bit of work, I decided to save it. Just when I clicked "save", the monitor powered off! Luckily, the CPU was still on. I kept pressing the monitor's "on" button but I still couldn't turn it on. I decided to wait awhile for the save to finish. Then, I plugged out my USB and went to another lab.
.
There, I continued with my PITS assignment. At 4.30 pm, called am asked if she need ride home. She said she can go back at 5pm today so I told her I'll be sending her home. I quickly set the header and footer and finalized everything. All I needed to do was print. I didn't have a colour printer at home so I had to print it here.
.
We were told to print 2 slides per page so my 42 slides equals to 21 pages. APIIT's Printing Area charged RM1 per page so I paid RM 21!! My grey background came out with some red, yellow and blue! I decided to leave it be since it looked kinda futuristic. I went back to my seat to log off. Then, PY, a friend of WL said she liked my slides' background, especially the words "VW". WOOT!! All my assignments are done!!
.
I walked to the car and drove to APIIT. Picked AM up and dropped her home. Then when I reached home, M and mum wanted to go McD. I've done all my stuff so I decided to follow them.
.
I ordered the new Spicy Chicken Wrap and M ordered Mcflurry Cornetto and a Vanilla Cone for mum. With the McD Kids Card, we got a free small-sized fries. We saw M's friends, EC and DT. After they left, we saw AT, DT's brother. The chicken wrap was quite nice except the last part where I had to eat pita bread with nothing else! The fries disappointed me because it was not salty!
.

Spicy Chicken Wrap

Mum wasn't satisfied so she bought 2 apple pies and a Sprite along with another packet of free fries. This time, M took a packet of salt and I poured it all over the fries. That tasted MUCH better! Mum complained about the Sprite because it tasted as if there was too much gas and not enough Sprite. They gave us another cup of sprite which tasted the same.
.
We went to pick E from school after that. The jam was terrible! It took us 30 minutes or so to reach E's school which usually takes around only 8 minutes. I slept on the way home. At home, I slept on the daybed till 8pm.
.
At 9 something, we went to 97. AC, J and M played cards while PP was watching tennis. BORING! MM took out some bagua that looks like bacon. We ate that and nearly finished it. I personally prefer the original bagua and original bacon. This hybrid was not my cup of tea.
.
After that, I tried to solve "tantrix" level 24. The rest of them continued watching tennis. I commented "only old people watched tennis" and received a few BOO's. At 11, when we left, AC and I still couldn't solve level 24...

Tomorrow is Friday but Its Okay

Just when I was replying the 2 comments, my Internet gets disorientated. I restarted the modem and everything works fine except BLOGGER! I can't go into my own blog! I tried going to other blogger's blog by blogger too. That didn't work. so it is confirmed that at 12.50am, something happened to blogger. It better be fine by tomorrow.
.
I laid on my bed at 1am but was still was up at 2am. Haih, I don't know why I couldn't sleep. Woke up at 6.30am. Picked AM and YM up before leaving. This time, I found a parking spot that was quite near. After that, I had Teh Tarik with AM and her colleague.
.
After that, I went to the 2nd floor to watch FH II. Around 9am, I walked to ENT3. In the middle of watching FHII, AL came and asked me to discuss about our PENG Drama. I left the laptop on while discussing with AL. While we were thinking about the script, some "camwhores" (just kidding) used my VAIO to take some pictures.
.
1, 2, 3,.....Smile if you are a MONKEY!
.
There is more actually...
.
Discussed some tutorial during PITS. Then, we went back to APIIT's lab to continue our assignment. At 1pm we ate lunch and we went to class at 1.15pm. When the clock's hand reached 1.30pm, more than half of the classs weren't even there yet.
.
After Ms Sumathi discussed a exam type question, she went into the assignment. The way she explained it made us so scared because what she said and what we have done is so very different. Some of them decided to show their assignment to Ms Sumathi and let her check. I didn't do so because if I did, I sure had to change most of it.
.
At home, I changed some stuff that is relevant with the assignment. Then, J asked me to send her to tuition. She got in the car and sat at the back. I stared at her but she still didn't get the hint. Nevermind, she is dumb so I'll forgive her ignorance.
.
Now, AL just sent me the PENG script which I have to print. I probably will sleep after grammar checking and also finalizing my IS assignment...

Disorientated

Recently I added this application in Facebook called My Heroes Ability. I got invited by LC and I got the "superhuman speed" ability. One of the attacks was "daze" which "disorientates" your enemy for 5 minutes. Maybe because I made so many people disorientated, I now have became disorientated myself.

I was relaxing at home surfing the net and watching Bleach in the morning. I only decided to go shower and get ready at 9.45am. Getting to APIIT obviously needed about 20 minutes plus another 10 minutes for me to walk to APIIT from where I park. I left the house at 10.15am and decided to send ML a SMS to inform Ms Hema that I'll be 10 minutes late.

I reached TPM and saw many cars got clamped! I parked my car and made sure that I scratched the ticket correctly because I didn't want to pay RM50 just like them. Along the way, I peeked at the cars who got clamped to see why they got caught. Some of them got clamped because they re-use their tickets, put the ticket on the dashboard but use something to cover part of it and some didn't even bother putting the ticket on the dashboard. Good for them.

I reached the class at 10.40am. The previous group was still there and Miss Hema wasn't here yet. Good. Less explaining to do. When Miss Hema came, she chased the previous group out because 2 of our classmates had no computers to use. During the class, she showed us some examples of the 2nd assignment. For the rest of the time, she asked us to do our assignment.

After the class ended, we still stayed in the lab and did some part of the assignment. We only went down for lunch at 1pm. Then, we hung out in L2-2 because there was some Open Day Introduction going on in L2-3. It was kinda weird looking at kids wearing casual clothing in APIIT.

Earlier, Miss Hema told us that she watched Get Smart and it was very funny. I told myself I need to watch it. Then, while we were in L2-2, KH and ML talked about it again! They said this part was funny and that part was funnier. I'm so jealous that they get to watch it in the cinema! So, I've made up my mind. This weekend, I'm going to GSC and watch a movie.

Before class started, AC told everyone to hand in the report by 3.45pm. Ms Sumathi replaced Mr Mohan today in IS because he has a meeting. Everyone was so sleepy while we learnt about Enterprise Computing. Ms Sumathi finished the syllabus by 3.15pm and ended the class. We asked her some questions about the assignment before leaving the class.

KH and I went to the lab so that I can give him the assignment. After that, I went home. Once I was home, I laid on the daybed wanting to sleep. After 10 minutes or so, I decided to climb upstairs to sleep in my bed. By the time I woke up, it was 6.45pm. Suddenly, I realised that I forgot to hand in my report to AC! Gosh, how can I be so forgetful? Luckily this is just a one-page report that doesn't count into my final marks.

I completed some parts of the assignment while chatting after dinner. YM called and asked me to sent them to TPM tomorrow morning. Of course I said yes. Now, I have to think of what to do during the extra 1+ hour. SS came and brought us some Kajang Satay. Transferred an episode of FH into the Tomato. Until now, I still haven't gone down to eat the satay.

I completed today's quota for my assignment by 11.30pm. Went to Facebook and only started updating. Once I signed in Blogger.com, I saw 2 comments! 1 from AM another 1 from WM (AM's sister). I'm surprised that they read this blog. Anyway, cool! At least they are "in". Not like some stone-aged people.
.
**Just went downstairs to find that the satay had been eaten by mum and there are none left**

Ice Cream, You Scream

After I parked my car today, I took out the parking ticket. Suddenly, a COCKROACH fell on my lap! I quickly scratched the ticket and rushed out of the car. I stomped the ground a few times before that disgusting insect got off my pants. Haih, dad's special operation didn't work...
.
In PITS class, Ms Hema introduced us to one of the exam type questions. It is actually quite easy because all you need to do is write the formulas. After that, we went to Shukran for lunch. KW introduced me to Mee Rojak and I decided to try it. I didn't finish it because I couldn't take it anymore. It is just like the feeling when you eat too much cheese.
.
We discussed our drama during PENG. After that, we went down to Shukran again for tea. Some of them ate nasi lemak and ordered some drinks but ML and I sat with everyone without ordering anything. For the first time in NS class, Ms Jessica came to me and look at my workings. She even pointed out some mistakes. Maybe she noticed me after I scored the 2nd highest in my NS assignment.
.
I dropped JT and KW in the LRT station and sent AM home after class at 6pm. AM was with he luggage! She just came back at 12.30 from Medan, Indonesia and went straight to APIIT to work. Wow, this kind of employees are so dedicated to their work and definately deserve a raise. Or maybe APIIT pay them a lot, which I doubt.
.
At about 8.30pm, we were ready to go to A&W but GM suddenly asked mum to bring her to TMC to buy groceries. So, when they got back at 9.30pm, we hopped in the car and went to A&W. On the way there, 50% of the road mum took was the ones I drove during my driving test. It kinda brings back memories.
.
A&W is one of the oldest fast food restaurant in KL. Still, there was quite a lot of customers there on a weeknight. We ordered 1 bear essentials (4 scoops of ice-cream of your choice) and 1 double-scoop ice cream waffle from the dessert bar. As usual, all four scoops of ice cream in bear eseentials was MINT! My family just loves mint. RM4.60 for bear essentials and RM 5.90 for the waffle. The total bill was RM 11.03 after tax. They also gave us super long spoons which made it challenging to scoop the ice cream.
.
M went to the main counter and got herself a cup of rootbeer float (RM 3.90) and a cup of rootbear (RM 2.50). That totalled to about RM7. The difference between the float and non-float is RM1.40! So, if you do the math, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream cost 70 cents! We enjoyed the mint ice cream, rootbeer and some waffles.
.
Bear Essentials (all MINT)
.
The long spoon

A&W's Rootbeer
.
We wanted to leave but mum said she wasn't satisfied. M and J fought over who should go and buy the ice cream. In the end, J said she will buy it but M can't eat what she bought. J and E went to buy the ice cream while I went to the toilet. The urinal was just my height! anyone shorter would have to either use the cubicles or the "wall" type of urinal.
.
The high urinals (shorty must get high instead of low!)

The "wall"
.
Back in my seat, J told us that when she ordered the ice cream, the waitress said to her in BM "you just bought ice cream just now right? Not enough is it?" We were all shocked to hear that. Here we are giving them business and she talks as if we are GLUTTONS?? Even if we are, it is none of her business!
.
2nd bowl of Bear Essentials (Mint again!)
.
We finished the 4 scoops of Mint Ice Cream in less than 10 minutes. Before reaching home, we went to 7eleven to drop a cheque to pay some UOB bills. We looked around for "anything" and "whatever" but they still hadn't stocked up on it. Dissappointing. I would have bought some if they sold it.
.
We reached home just in time to watch Desperate Housewives. In today's episode, everyone found out that Orson was the one that knocked Mike over. Orson got chased out of the house by Bree. And most shocking of all, Lynette's twins was the ones that set Rick's shop on fire!
.
**Sorry for mentioning about toilets and posting picture of urinals in the middle of a food post, it is just too unusual that I have to post it**

The Begining of A Tough Week

Before going to school, I checked the car for any cockroaches. I found none. But to be sure it was truly gone, we will have to wait till Sunday. It is always on Sunday night where we see cockroaches in my car.
.
After PENG, my group had a brief discussion on the drama. We have to hand in the script by this Friday. 10 minutes later, we walked down to NS class. Ms Jessica started the class by telling us that when she calls our names, we are supposed to go in front to collect our assignments. Those whose names that weren't called are the ones suspected of plagiarism.
.
She called my name, obviously. I got an A+ but that is not finalized yet because it has to go through another 2 examiners. Ms Jessica discussed the answers and dismissed the class at 11.30 (1 hour early). Those who was suspected plagiarism went in front because she wanted to meet them.
.
WL was one of them. Apprently, she and AR had the same 7th question's answer. She told the lecturer that it was from the quiz but Ms Jessica idn't believe her. So, for question number 7, WL has a "0". Pity her, she didn't plagiarise but still minus her marks.
.
We went for lunch in the cafeteria and went to the lab after that. I stayed there doing parts of my assignments until it was 3pm. At 3, WL, LZ, her friend and I went to meet Ms Hemalata for consultation. We were a bit blur on some things so we went there to clear things out. After that, I went straight home. I didn't do anyhting productive at home and I even slept.
.
I just had my dinner not long ago. I came upstairs and noticed that I'm out of DVD-R's!! M, J and mum went to 97 and I 'm only going later because I have to print some stuff and update my blog first. If I have went, we probably will come back late and I might be too lazy to blog...

Dinner at Chan Kee in Sunway Mas

We went to Chan Kee in SunwayMas for dinner. There was no other place to sit so they set up a table in the parking area for us. After 15 minutes or so, it started to drizzle. Some of us noticed it but some of us didn't believe it was drizzling.
.
When about 7 of us reported feeling drops of water and most of us felt uncomfortable, we decided to move inside. Luckily, there was a table for us because some customers just left. Everyone took their own drink and walked inside.
.
The food was okay except a special bean curd that we ordered. It was as HARD as a rock! SS said she came here for so many years and this is the first time tasting something that is not nice... After dinner, they served us complimentary fruits (papaya and pineapple) instead of the usual MatKool ice-cream in a cup.
.
On the way home, we spotted another COCKROACH!! Dad just sprayed some insecticide and vacuumed the Avanza earlier so I guess that was useless. We detoured to SS's house to get a can of Shelltox Attack and a pack of moth balls.
.
When we were almost home, mum called and asked dad to get her something light to eat. Dad suggested we get her feathers and E suggested Air. In the end, we went to McD and bought 3 apple pies, a banana pie, a McFlurry Oreo and a Vanilla Ice Cream Cone.At home, dad sprayed the shelltox and left the moth balls in the car. We had our supper and watched CSI.
.
After CSI we watched a Malaysian production called "Kurus". It was already ending soon so I just decided to sit there and watch it. In the end, the teacher asks the boy what he read. He told the class a story about a boy and the movie ended just like this. M and I was lost. We couldn't understand the ending...

Lunch at Esquire Kitchen in Atria

Woke up in the morning and ate air for breakfast. Surfed the net as usual. I received an SMS from dad asking me if I could go pick E and J from BISDS. I didn't reply because it sounded more like an order than a question. In the end, dad SMS M again and she help me replied "yes".
.
Left the house at 11.05am to pick them. Reached home at 11.45am and MM called to ask if we wanted to go with them to Esquire Kitchen in Atria. We agreed and she told us to get ready and we will be leaving in 15 minutes.
.
MM drove the Avanza. She noticed that the Avanza's petrol was reaching "empty". So, she drove to Shell Station and paid for RM50 of petrol. A big thank you to her. We continued our journey and reached Atria about 15 minutes later.
.
Its been quite a few years since I last came to Atria. Esquire is right at the entrance. We ordered "Tung Po" Meat, Lotus soup, paprika chicken, mantou, "wo tip" and some other vege. The waiters there gave me the impression that they didn't want to serve us.
.
I liked the food there but GG said the food wasn't as nice as last time. A cup of water costs RM 1 and a cup of tea costs RM 1.30! I HATE this! Maybe this is why there is only a few outlets left. The ones in Mid Valley and BSC has closed down long ago...
.
We went to a shop on the 3rd floor to buy some parts for GG's juicer. Besides juicers, they also sell cooking utensils, honey and organic food. If not mistaken, they are from a direct selling company.
.
We left Atria and came home. After this, I'm suppose to finish off the last part of my assignment. So, that's it for now...

Dinner at One Noodle in Waterfront, DesaPark City

Last night, we went to One Noodle for dinner. MM, AC, GG, PP, GTA, AJ, and her parents was also there. We ordered some noodles, dim sum, bean curd and other stuff. The food was quite nice actually. The service there was also very good. No pictures because mum didn't go (no camera).
.
E was whining and quite upset because she wanted to watch Hannah Montana Concert in 3D. After dinner, we ate the cheese cake made by AJ's mum. She hasn't been making it since there is no condense milk in Malaysia. Recently, people went to Singapore and bought it for her.
.
GTA paid the bill and we went home. The HM concert wasn't that good. The 3D glasses sucked and there isn't much 3D. E who wanted to watch it so badly even asked us if she could watch something else!
.
M called and asked me to go over to 97 because they bought "anything and "whatever". We tried it any most of us preferred "whatever" because it is non-carbonated. There is still 2 cans o "anything" left. We played Tantrix till it was about 12.30am...
.
Anything and Whatever (RM 1.80/can)

Lunch at Subway in Bangsar

We went to Subway for lunch. It is actually quite coincidental that I read about it in CTQY's blog yesterday and M suggested it. M and I shared the Italian B.M.T. (foot-long size). The lady asked me if I wanted extra cheese and I said yes because I thought it was free. We didn't order anything for GM and E because we wouldn't know what they wanted to eat.
.

When we paid, the lady CHARGED us RM2 for the extra cheese! We made it a meal by adding RM3.50 for a drink and a piece of cookie. Dad came in after parking the car. He ordered for E and GM. We washed our hands and started eating. By the time we ate our sandwich, dad only finished ordering!

Our foot-long sandwich cut in half, a drink and a piece of cookie.

Take a look at my sandwich.

The cookie that comes with the meal.

The cookie was pretty flexible! I could even bend it into a V shape. E was taking super small bites on her sandwich. M and I went to 7 eleven and Kiosk to look for "Anything" and "Whatever". Unfortunately, after searching in 2 7Eleven and 1 Kiosk, we could find anything. We walked back to Subway and E still hasn't finished her sandwich. We waited for another 5 minutes before we left.

Weird People

Last night, I received an invitation to read CTQY's blog. I requested for it long ago and he just invited me. I last read his blog in December so I had a lot of post to catch up with. I read until it was 1.30am. I finally decided to sleep at 1.33am but I was still at March. Kinda fun reading someones blog like this. It's just like a story book.
.
Today is Friday so we have Malaysian Studies. There was a period of time where Mr Warren said a few jokes but everyone was too bored/tired/sleepy to even laugh. When the class was about to end, there was a guy that got chase out of the class. This is because he was listening to music with his earphone stuck in his ear. Mr Warren told him off once but on the second time, the magic happened.
.
We went down to the cafeteria for lunch after Malaysian Studies. It was only 11am but we decided to do so because we will be too into our assignment later and might even miss lunch. After lunch, we went to the lab and did our IS assignment while ML was doing his PITS. KH left at 3pm. I waited for ML because his father is only picking him up at 4pm.
.
Since it was Friday, coming back to Bangsar was totally jammed. Hate it when this happens. At 5 something, dad called and said there are 6 extra tickets for Kung Fu Panda. Initially, I didn't want to go. M invited SS and family so that made me want to go. Dad called someone and told her that we want the 6 extra ticket since 6 of them couldn't come.
.
I was kinda looking forward to it. Dad was asking us to get ready. He also told us the plan. "Wait for E, eat something at home, after movie go somewhere else for supper". Just when I started to imagine how fun it would turn out, someone called him and said the original people that was suppose to go for the movie wants to go now.
.
I was disappointed. Maybe, this group of people hates us. Or maybe when they heard we want to go, they quickly say they want to go just to see people suffer? Or was it because SOMEONE thought that mum was going and decided to "ask" the original 6 to come so that SOMEONE doesn't have to see mum's face.
.
You guys are probably lost because you don't know what I mean. Haih, office politics, the thing I hate most. The only way to escape all these is to be the BOSS, which is what I'll probably be. Hehe.
.
I just finished editing KH's part of our IS assignment and also done my IS report. So, for the rest of the weekend, I only have one thing to do left, my PITS assignment! Yay, it's in the final stage already...

Rainy Day

Woke up in the morning and saw a piece of paper on top of the printer. Apparently, an idiot did some last minute printing and got a paper jam. Written on the piece of paper was a note to ask me to help her out.
.
That loser couldn't even take the piece of paper out gently. That made a small piece of paper stuck in the printer, which took me 5 minutes to get it out! All you need to do is be gentle!! If you ask her about it, she'll probably deny it and say "the printer was SO hot" or "I tried to be gentle already(as a giant)".
.
At 3, Miss Sumathi allowed us to go home because it was about to rain. When we reached downstairs, it was already raining. I borrowed KW's umbrella (with holes and a broken handle) to go get my car. With that "perfect" umbrella, I walked to my car that was parked far away.
.
By the time I reached the car, my lower half of the body was already wet and my shoes were flooded. I rolled up my pants and took off my shoes and socks before driving. I then drove barefooted to APIIT to pick KW and JT up. It was a new experience feeling the pedal on my bare foot.
.
I came home and rushed to the bathroom to shower. At 4.50, I had to send J to tuition. I wanted to wait till the rain died down before sending her because I didn't want to get wet anymore. When I finally decided to leave the house, it was still raining. When I dropped her, I looked at my car's clock. It was only 4.57pm, cheh! Still got 3 minutes. Could have waited for the rain to stop...
.
Next time, I will follow dad's advice and wait till the rain stops. Going over to 97 soon to celebrate my grandmother's birthday (mum's side)...

"Kissing a Lady"

Today, YM forgot to take her laptop adapter again. So, I went took it from her house and brought it to her. This time, the guard didn't let me wait at the entrance and asked me to wait along the road instead.

After PITS class, we stayed in the lab and I managed to complete my Access part of the assignment in 3 hours! That proves how little work there is to do and it is just us, the students, that are lazy...

During IS, some people were doing their own stuff and talking while Mr Mohan was talkng. That mad him quite upset. He nearly went off and ended the class. Luckily, he didn't and after that, everyone paid slightly more attention to him. Before class ended, he lectured us on how college life is a "honeymoon" compared to the corporate world.
.
In the evening, I sent M and he friends to tuition. When we were somewhere, there was a foreign lady walking in the middle of the road with her friend. I slowed down and she still took her own sweet time walking. I moved to the right and my side mirror "kissed" the lady's arm. That caused a soft, muffled thud.
.
M went crazy saying "you'll get scolded if dad or mum was in the car....bla bla...". I personally thought that the lady deserved it, it was just like a tap on the shoulder and it didn't even hurt. Grins ;-). Her friends and I was laughing till I dropped them off. M, kinda drunken with craziness was still going on with her crappy lecture. The only thing I was worried about was M. She said random things like she had gone crazy!
.
Dad, mum, GM and I went to pick E from school. Then, we went straight to Old Klang Road for dinner. We went to this Vegetarian Coffee Shop called Sun Sun. Somehow, the shirt that the workers wore has "San San" written on it. This shop has a wide range of food that is all vegetarian. Despite the huge variety, I decided to walk with mum to King's to buy some bread for dinner. I bought an egg sandwhich, garlic bread and golden cheese something (similar to Mexican Bun).
.
At home, I signed in my MSN and surf the net as usual. Now, I'm watching some Everest expedition on Discovery Channel (Astro 551). That's all for today...

Nothing Wrong

I showered at 10.45am and we only left for IJN at slightly over 11am. When I reached there, it was 11.30am... I went to register myself and got a number. It said "your number: 1953" and "current number: 1942". Oh no, that's what I get for coming late!
.
About 15 to 20 minutes later, the "1942" patient finally came out. I thought if all the patients took this long, 10 more patients X 20 minutes = 3 hours++! Somehow, right after "1942" the nurse called my name. So, dad and I went in. The doctor look at the reports, listened to my heartbeat and stuff. After all that, he said there is nothing wrong with me. I only needed to come back to IJN when I feel any pain.
.
Dad brought me home for lunch. After that, I drove to APIIT. I didn't expect to find a place to park that is so near ENT3. It is probably because these people went out for lunch. Some of them asked me where I went and why didn't I come this morning. I just told them that I went out.
.
We had our reading and writing test during PENG. For the essay part, I choose question 1 (the greatest disappointment in my life - narrative). Guess what incident I mentioned? I used my post "the fire inside me". Haha, thanks to my blog, I didn't have to crack my brain for a story!
.
After dinner, I forced my brain to complete the 1-page IS report which is due tomorrow. I finally managed to complete 2 pages at 10pm. Now, I'm using the half an hour to update because I'm going down to watch Desperate Housewives on 8TV at 10.30pm...

A Scene from Hollywood?

In PENG class, we found out that BN, one of our classmates, was attacked by some Indian boys. The story starts like this. Their neighbour, a girl complained to her boyfriend about being disturbed by some guys.BN and his housemates were mistaken for that someone else. So, the girl's friends attacked BN and his housemates.
.
It seems that one of them stepped on his chest while another broke his finger! He went to the police and the police said that if he lodged a report, he might make them angrier and may attack them again. He told our PENG lecturer, Mr Suresh. Mr Suresh advised BN to at least tell Mr Anthony.
.
On the way home, there was 3 cars stopped in front of me. A van, a red car and another car. When I was reaching them, the van and the red car went off. The other car was about to leave but I overtook him. I noticed the red car in front of me had at least 3 passengers at the rear and was moving left and right. I was wondering if they were trying to be funny or was there something wrong.
.
Then, the van turned to the right at the T-junction. I thought the red car would go forward but instead it did a sudden right turn. But when the red car turned to the right, I saw the red car sway left and right again. It nearly smashed into the side of the road but luckily the driver slammed the brakes. I could even see the smoke coming out of the tyres.
.
Luckily, I was quite a distance away and wasn't going fast. Nothing happened to me and I drove smoothly away. That left me wondering what exactly just happened. I even thought of the possibility of it being a movie scene because there was once when I saw a group of people filming along that stretch of road...
.
After dinner, I did part of my PITS assignment and I tell you, Access drives me crazy! Mum asked me to drive them to the Clinic but I didn't want to because I'll have to wait in the car till god knows when and I was also in the mood of doing my assignment. At 10, M and I went down to watch House. The plot is getting interesting and next week's episode is even BETTER! I musn't miss it!

Fathers Day Dinner

So after much planning, they decided to go to Kura. M wanted to borrow my phone to sms mum and tell her about it. Just then, dad suddenly said no. M was quite upset. She went to the bathroom (to cry I guess). I was also quite disappointed actually.
.
Moments later, mm called and said she has booked 2 tables in Summer Palace. Dad started attacking (verbally) J asking her why she did not do this and that. M, J and I watched FH II till about 6pm. Dad then started nagging us to go shower and all...
.
When we reached Summer Palace, there were about less than 10 tables full of people. On an occasion like this, it means bad news if your restaurant isn't packed! We ordered the fathers day set.
.
We saw a guy coming smoking and walking into the restaurant. I was hoping that the smoke would activate the fire alarm and set the sprinkler off! That would be a nice scene and that idiot would have been fined!
.
The food took quite a while to come but we didn't feel it because we were busy talking. The food there tasted like any other restaurant, nothing special to me. Some of us were solving the cube and that itself provided us with some unwanted attention.
.
When dinner was over, they brought out the cake that SS brought. It was a mud cake with a T-shirt and a VIP MasterCard. Took some pictures with the fathers. Then, the waiter offered to cut the cake for us. The cake tasted ordinary. Dad paid and we left.

Picture of the fathers day cake as requested by chiyomi
.
Before going home, we dropped by at the 2nd-hand car dealer's bungalow to collect the road tax for the Avanza. While waiting in the car, I saw a COCKROACH! It was at the vent at the back of the driver's seat. Just when dad came back to the car, ANOTHER cockroach crawled out of the vent! OMG, I found their nest!!
.
Every time I think I see something moving, I will say "oh my god" in a calm tone. This will trigger M and J that seats at the back to SCREAM! GM, E and mum were like immune to what was going on in the car. I leaned towards the left window and waited for dad to come in. I got out off the car and asked him to catch them at throw them away.
.
I was standing outside watching him catch the 2 cockroaches. I was so relieved. I sat in the car and looked to the left. OMFG, I saw another cockroach! I yelled and went out of the car. Obviously, M and J screamed too. Everyone was wondering what happened so I opened the door and asked dad to catch the other one.
.
After doing so, I hopped back into the car. We were talking about how much we should be reimbursed for this traumatic experience. I even said "we paid for the car not the cockroaches". We were having fun with these jokes and suddenly dad said "If you all mention it one more time, I'm going to be angry". He went on talking about how fortunate we are to have a car and all that.
.
Everyone kept quiet for the rest of the ride home. I never leaned back once and my toes were tipped the whole trip home. When we reached home, I was the first to run down the car. This is a very bad experience. I keep feeling that something is crawling on me every now and then. On the bright side, I now know where their nest is...
.
**I am not ashamed to admit, I'm a scaredy cat when it comes to these things!**

Lunch at Chatterbohkx in BV

I woke up with the intention to do my PITS assignment. And when I opened the Access file, it said that my Access trial has expired!! So, I did my IS instead. Without much info, I only managed to do the abstract and some o the introduction.
.
I just noticed that dad had brought the Avanza to the workshop yesterday and fixed the dent. They deserve a praise because they restored the bumper to its original shape. Even so, the paint was still scraped and if you look close enough, you can see the cracked paint.
.
Before:
.
After:
.
At 11, I went to pick M up from BISDS. Came home and got ready for lunch. Then at about 12, we left for Food Foundry. When we reached there, Food Foundry was CLOSED! So, we detoured to Chun Heong and saw there were too many people there and there wasn't any place to park!
.
We decided to go to BV instead. There was a parking space for me just when I got into the parking area. Lucky? No, it was meant for me I tell you! Hehe. We finally decided to go to Chatterbohkx for lunch.
.
We ordered 4 person set which comes with 4 dishes of your choice (sweet and sour ribs, some vege, a clay pot curry dish and tofu), 4 plates of plain rice and 4 desserts (red bean soup). I ordered an additional "Condensed Milk and Butter Thick Toast" and a plate of "Stir Fried HoFun with Beef and Ginger Shallots.
.
Condensed Milk and Butter Thick Toast
.
To me, the ribs was too tough for me, vege was bitter, I didn't take the curry but the Tofu was quite nice. J liked the thick toast but I thought it was too plain and tasteless. The Red Bean Soup tasted just like I expected it to be. The best and my favourite dish of the day was the HoFun with Beef and Ginger!
.
MM paid and they went to Cold Storage to buy some groceries. On the other hand, we went to 1920 to pack spaghetti for E. Mum told the guy to separate the sauce and the spaghetti and he said "Okay". We went to Toys R' Us while waiting for it to be done. When we collected it, he DID NOT separate the sauce and the spaghetti! Liar!
.
MM was at HomeFix so we went to look at the Lumix Cameras on sale in the foyer area. Mum was asking the guy this and that. I walked away because I knew she wasn't gonna buy it, so, why bother asking so many things?
.
After about 10 minutes or so, we went home. Mum, MM and PP went to some Orchid Garden to buy some Orchids. Now, M is chatting on MSN planning tonight's dinner. Before I forget, I would like to wish all fathers:

"Happy Fathers Day!"

Dinner at R.E.D in Brickfields

We went for dinner in R.E.D. The last time we wanted to check it out, it was close. And this afternoon, we called and no one answered. It is a restaurant along the road that is opposite KL Sentral. You really have to open your eyes to find it because there is no signboard at all and there is only a small poster on a pillar saying "R.E.D"!

There was no other customers except us. The tables were wrapped in "Sarong". I could feel the plastic that comes with the chairs even though they were covered with a layer of cloth. The Boss/Manager came to take our orders.

10-20 minutes after ordering the he first dish was served. A male waiter told us it was the "Portuguese Fish" that we ordered. He was TOO gentle and polite, we could barely hear what he was saying with that super-soft voice of his! The other food came soon after that. The "Fish" was actually the Calamari Rings we ordered!!

The so called "Portuguese Fish"(Calamari Rings)

See? That's the squid's tentacle!
.
The actual Portuguese Fish...
.
When we were done, dad asked for the bill and paid up. The entire meal cost RM 60++. My parents thought the food here was quite okay and the portion was reasonable. But to me, I would not like to come here again.

At home, we watched TV until 10pm. Came up to use the Internet. There was some problem with the WiFi so I removed the saved password from my laptop. I found out that it wasn't the laptop's problem and all I had to do was restart the router. So, I did that.

I thought I remembered my wifi password but turns out it was the wrong password. I refused to reset the router so I tried and tried to think of the right password for about one and a half hours before giving up. So, I went and reset the router and set a new password.

Finally, I can use the WiFi again! This time, I'm better save my password somewhere in case I forget...One more thing, to my cousin: HAPPY BIRTHDAY LC!(you know who you are)

Lunch at Old Town White Coffee

Woke up at 8 this morning. I was supposed to do my assignment but went to Facebook instead. At 12.30, we went to Old Town White Coffee for lunch with our grandparents. This place is in Jaya One, kopitiam style, slightly more pricey food.
.
There was no one seating us. So, we just picked our own table and sat down. We had to look for extra menus by ourselves since there was only 2 on our table. There was a piece of paper there for us to tick what we wanted to order. Personally, I prefer a waiter to seat me and take my order.
.
I ordered Nasi Lemak Special, French Toast and Ice Blended Old Town White Coffee - Original. The Nasi Lemak's chicken wasn't that good but its "ikan bilis" was very nice. The French Toast tastes like any other french toast, nothing special. The Ice Blended was full of coffee but it wasn't solid enough (too water).
.
Nasi Lemak Special (RM 6.80)
.
French Toast (RM 3.80)
.
Ice Blended OTWC Original (RM 6.80)
.
Before leaving, we ordered some food to bring home for A and E. We also ordered Coffee Lava for dessert. The Coffee Lava was just some ice cream with coffee powder. We didn't like it. The bill totalled up to Rm 90++. The service charge and government tax itself was already RM 8.
.
Coffee Lava (RM 3.80)
.
At home, M and I played the "Who Has The Biggest Brain?" game on Facebook. We laughed when we make silly mistakes. Then we watched quite a number of FH II episodes, so addictive!

Friday the Thirteen

Picked up YM before going to college. She left her clothes in my car and I was supposed to pass it to her before I left TPM. She is going straight to Genting in the afternoon and when she takes her clothes, she will leave her laptop with me.
.
In class, Mr Warren showed everyone their marks for the open book test. He said there are 3 types of students. (1) the student that knows what the question wants and scores 8 to 9 and 7 to 8 for Q1 and Q2 respectively. (2) the students who spends too much time in one question and does badly in the other, scoring 7 to 8 and 0 to 2. (3) the students that doesn't know what is happening and scores 1 to 2 and 0 to 1. He said "these are like football matches". Everyone laughed. Those who scored that must have been very embarrassed!
.
Mr Warren suddenly announced that we were to submit the assignment to him before 12pm. Everyone thought we were supposed to hand it in to admin by 7pm today. So, everyone (mostly) rushed out of class and went to the lab. Some of them did some final touches and some barely started.
.
Since I have done my part, I enjoyed watching this drama. All my group needed to do was the binding. I let them do the binding and went to the lab alone to see what my other friends are up to. I sat in the lab and listened to the "WHO-HA" going around. Everyone was busy with their work while I was playing games on Facebook!
.
After half an hour when ML (another group) was done with his work, we went to class. There was about only 1/3 of the students there. At 10, Mr Warren gave us a break till 10.25. When it was 10.25, mostly everyone was done with their assignment. Group by group, they were all lining up to hand it in.
.
Mr Warren commented on everbody's assignment one by one. He said ours was too general. "It's okay, can accept but cannot score high". Owh man, my effort! Never mind, as long as I pass this subject it is okay.
.
Before going home, I went to see YM and passed her the bag of clothes and took her laptop. At home, I went online till mum came back. And when mum came back, she drove me to IJN to remove the Holter.
.
When we arrived, the parking area was half empty. That surprised me. And when we went to the main hall, we saw the most unbelievable thing ever. There were only less than 5 people there! I guess everyone avoided that place on Friday and the Friday Prayers just ended so that's why it was so empty.
.
We waited for 10 minutes for the patient in room 71 to come out. Then, we went in to get the Holter removed from my chest. My chest felt so sticky because of the adhesive used. We went to collect our deposit and came back to room 71. Then, he told us that there was nothing serious. So, we will meet the doctor on Tuesday.
.
We picked M from school and went to BSC. Mum went to RHB and after that she went to buy some small pot of flowers for RM 25! Then we went to Alexis. Mum ordered 2 cakes for us to share, Bitter Chocolate and Tiramisu.
.
Bitter Chocolate
.
Tiramisu
.
Alexis has became famous over the years. Last time, there was only 1 outlet in Telawi. Now, there are four outlets (if not mistaken) and they even have singers going to their Ampang outlet to perform. Their cakes was supposed to be their specialty. My mum liked the Tiramisu but I didn't. I prefered the Bitter Chocolate.
.
When we reached home, I quickly went to shower. More than 24 hours since I showered, stinky! It took me about 10 minutes to scrub off the adhesive! We're going to 105 for C's 18th Birthday Party tonight...

Superhero for 24 Hours

After PITS today, I recieved a SMS from dad. He asked me to come home and go to IJN to attach the Holter. So, I went home and gave others a chance to park at my Oh-So-Perfect parking spot. Actually, it is not that perfect. The only reason that this spot I parked today is good is because it is nearer to APIIT.
.
When I arrived at home, I left my bag in the house, dranks some water and went to the washroom before leaving. Dad showed me the way to IJN so I can come back next time, alone. When we reached IJN, the car park was FULL. So, we parked at IJN's under-construction-new-extension building.
.
We went to a counter (counter 51) and they refered us to counter 52. Then, the person in 52 did some stuff and asked us to go to counter 8 (where you pay everything) and come back after that. So, we went to 8 paid RM100 deposit and went back to 52. She keyed in some stuff and asked me to follow another lady. That lady brought me to a room (room 71).
.
There, a male Malay doctor (or technician maybe?) briefed me on what to do (sign the agreement, what I cant do, how this works and stuff). The lady that brought me in and this doctor was very kind and speaks politely. This gives me a kind of happy(?) feeling. Much better than some places where the nurse's faces looks as if she was forced to work there.
.
This Holter is actually a machine that records your ECG for a number of hours (24 for me). Basically, I'm not supposed to get the Holter wet. Then he "connected" the device on to my body. It is just on the surface of my skin, no injections or anything that causes blood to ooze out. I'm suppose to go back tomorrow to remove it.
.
From then, I am "Bionic Man". So, with my new abilities, I went home, at lunch and went back to APIIT for IS tutorial. Hehe, just kidding... 4 wires doesn't make you a superhero! When I reached home, mom asked me to show her the Halter. I decided to ignore her because I can't be showing everyone when they ask me to. My hands will be too tired by then.
.
So, once and for all, I'm just going to post it here... Go ahead, look at it till your eyes get tired!
.
Bionic Man in his lab.
.

That's to prove I'm wearing my pants (not NAKED) like every other topless superhero.
