Half Way There

Today is Week7 and it started quite well. One of my group assignments is almost done. After class, I went to get some sushi for dinner. Was too lazy to cook. Went over to Woolworth's and got some stuff.

After dinner, I started working on my assignment. I didn't expect it but somehow I managed to finish a major part of the assignment. :D Praise the Lord!

Taking a break now and I shall continue with my work tomorrow. Goodnight!

Monday

It's been so long I can't remember what I did on this day. Nothing special I guess...

OMG, It's Week 5

It's week 5 already! Went to uni and had my group meeting. After that, we went to class till 3pm. Had a subway sandwich for lunch before going for the tutorial.

Walked to Coles and bought some stuff before going back home. Made myself some spaghetti before retiring in my room...

Week 4

Got up and did some work before heading to class. It only took me 15 minutes to get to QUT. Had a group meeting followed by a lecture.

Then, I went to the library and got some work done. At 4pm, I went for my tutorial. An hour later, I met up with my housemates and walked to the city.

Bought some stuff from Coles before going back home. Did some tutorial work before having my dinner.

At about 8.30pm, we left the house and went to Southbank and watched a Green Lantern! This time, I could redeem my free movie ticket. :P

Came back and did some work for a while before going to bed...

Eight Eight

It was the start of my "war". Lived my day according to the timetable I set. Left the house at 10am and was reading some notes in the garden.

Later, I went for my group meeting. After that, we headed to our lecture. Next was out tutorial. That ended at 5pm and I went home.

By the time I got back, it was about 6.30pm. Ate steak and sausages for dinner. Cleaned up and went to my room and used the laptop till now...

August

Today is week 2 of the semester. Went for class at 1pm and met VH. After class, we sat at the garden and talked till it was time for our tutorial. At 4pm, we attended the short tutorial.

After that, I went to the city and took the bus home. The bus was really packed but I managed to get a seat.

Back home, I had dinner with GTM and family before cleaning up. Came into my room and used the laptop and also did some work.

Market Day

Went to GP and helped out in Market Day. Then at 1pm, I went for my class for 2 hours. As I was heading back to the booth, I met up with some of the CCM members.

A bunch of us then headeed to Hazel Tea Cafe for Bubble Tea and fellowship. I bought a "large" Milk Tea with Pearls. After spinning the wheel, I managed to get a "Free Upgrade" card.

All of us then played a few games with cards. First it was "Heart Attack", followed by "Swap", and finally we played "Murderer!".

At about 6pm, we all parted ways. I then took the bus home. Had dinner and used the laptop till at night...

Semester 2 Orientation

Woke up early and had my breakfast. Cleaned up and went to QUT. Most of us CCM members were busy inviting the new people to our lifegroups and also promoting our club.

Later, I went back home and rested for the rest of the day. Tomorrow will be another day of reaching out. Night...

Catching Up

Got up at 10am and did my laundry. Had breakfast and cleaned up. Then, I took my shower and did my quiet time. Went through the previous days' material.

Then, I finished the book of "Job" and read another chapter of "Purpose Driven Life". Later, I also wrote about another 3 pages of stuff on my journal.

After that, I started writing my blog posts for last week. I finally covered all the missing days after few hours. I kinda like it this way because now only the highlights are written.

Had homemade Hokkien Noodles for dinner. And for dessert, D and I made Apple Crumble. I accidentally left the apples to boil for too long and they ended up all soft. Everyone still enjoyed it though. :P

I'm gonna end this post and start writing for the 3 days of my camp. Bye...

Dancing and Singing

I was chosen to be 1 of the 6 main casts of our upcoming CCM Got Talent. So, we met up in G's house and practiced from 3-5pm.

After that, we started singing/recording the song. It was my first time "recording" and that took us 2 hours for just at 2-minute song.

Dinner

Later, TL and I went to Hungry Jacks for dinner. Came home and rested for the night...

Funday

Was just hanging around at home till 3pm. Took the bus to the city and another bus to Materhill. There, we gathered and took another bus to Sunnybank.

About 12 of us invaded JustSoy. I ordered a dessert which had 2 scoops of green tea ice cream, some glutinous balls, and red bean. I was disappointed because they just chucked everything into the bowl but if you look at the picture, it is neatly placed.

It was only 5.45pm when we left. Took another bus to another area in Sunnybank. Then, AL brought us to this Taiwanese shop (beside Little Taipei Foodcourt). There, G, K and J
joined us.

Food there was quite reasonable. For AUD7.40, I had a Minced Pork Rice set which allows us to choose a drink (Wintermelon or Calpas) and a packet of Taiwanese Snacks. I choose the Fried Chicken.

We finished dinner and continued talking till 8.30pm. Then, we decided to go to G's place and play "Settlers of Catan".

Everyone left at 11.30pm and I took the bus back. Got home at 12.10am and was quite pissed to see a few things in my room. One of them was that 2 of my shirts had holes in them. No thanks to the dog...

First Exam in QUT

Got up at 10am and had breakfast. Cleaned up and washed up as usual. Did my quiet time before studying. Then, I went out to take the bus.

Arrived at QUT at about 3pm. Then, I continued studying till 5pm. Walked to the classroom for my exam.

One major difference between QUT and UCTI is the exams. They don't have halls. Instead, they split the students into few groups and assign them to classes. Each class will have a facilitator. You can leave as early as you want, but can't leave 15 minutes before the exam ends.

I left about half an hour before it ended. Headed to Hungry Jacks for dinner. Ordered the usual stunner deal.

Took the bus home and quickly went to bed...

Queen's Birthday

Today's a holiday in Australia. Didn't do anything exciting though. I got up at 11am and stayed at home studying and using the laptop. In a week's time, I'll be in the exam hall sitting for my first exam. Wish me luck!

Crazy Monday

Today was crazy. I was working on my assignment in the morning. Arrived in uni to meet my group mates at 3pm. Then at 4pm I went for my tutorial.

After that, I went to get dinner in Myer. Bought pasta for dinner from Prega. Later, I went back to meet my group mates.

Went for the final lecture at 7pm. Then I joined my group members for discussion/work again at 9pm.

At 9.30pm, I quickly ran to catch the bus. Once home, I worked on my assignment to refine it till the next day without rest!

Monday

Got up at 8am and got ready for uni. Missed the 9.15am bus so I walked to Kenmore Central. But I missed the bus by few minutes. So in the end, I wasted my effort to walk extra. If I had waited back there, I'd already be on the bus.

Attended my group meeting. Later, I went to the garden to do my quiet time. Then, I had lunch and went to class.

At 5pm, I went to the city and had pasta and garlic bread for dinner. Went back to uni and studied for my quiz.

We went into the hall at 7.20pm. Just before 8.30pm, I left the hall. Wasn't too stressed of this quiz.

Hurried to the city and managed to catch the 430 bus home. Once home, I showered and stayed in my room for the rest of the night.

My room light is not working. So I laid the desk lamp on the table and let it brighten the room...

Gosh, Its Week 12!

Got up and did the laundry. Had breakfast, cleaned up and left the house at about 12.40pm. Arrived in the city and walked to uni.

Went for class. Later, I went to meet my group mates. Right after that, I went for another tutorial. Finally had a break at 5pm.

Walked to the city and had dinner. Bought pasta from Prega as usual. This time, there were 3 varieties of food inside. Potato Bake, Mac and Cheese, and Salad. :)

Later, I went into Coles but there wasn't anything on promotion. Boo! Went back to uni and printed some stuff before going to class.

Security lecture ended at 8.15pm. By the time I got home, it was already 9.20pm.

Still Slacking

Got up at 10am today. Did the usual stuff. Watched DH and worked on my assignment a little before going out to the city.

Went to class till 5pm. Then, I went to the city and good dinner. Had Potato Bake with Spinach Ricotta.

Later, I went back to uni and used the laptop for a while. At 7pm, I went for the Security lecture. It ended early today.

Took the 430 bus home. Once home, I showered and watched DH. Its the end of Season 7. But thank goodness there will be Season 8 and Season 9 in future.

Sorted some stuff out and watched some video clips. Chatted for a while before writing this post.

Anyway, its gonna be a long day tomorrow so I'm gonna sleep now. Night..

Monday Blues

Got up at 9am today and had some breakfast. Later, I did an hour of Quiet time before having some sausages for lunch.

Later, I got ready and left for Uni. Before that, I went to OfficeWorks and bought a notebook and a highlighter. It was quite reasonably priced.

Then, I went to QUT and attended the ISC lecture. Went to the library while waiting for the next class to start. Then I went for the Security tutorial till it was 5pm.

Walked to the city and bought "Potato Bake" for dinner. I was actually pointing at the box with 2 dishes (potato bake and another beef pasta) but the waiter gave me the wrong one and I didn't realize until I sat down and ate it.

Later, I went to Coles and was tempted to buy the Cinnammon Donuts. Luckily, I managed to resist the temptation. I went to TerryWhite and got myself 2 lip balms for 5 bucks. I gotta feeling it'll be useful as the weather gets colder and drier.

Got back to uni and wasted my time in the library before heading to the Security lecture at 7pm. Class ended at 8.35pm and I walked to the city.

By the time I got home, it was 9.30pm. Took my shower and used the laptop till now. Gotta end this post here and get some work done. Bye...

Crazy

I got up early today and took the 7.50am bus. Once in the city, I took another bus to Roma Street. Headed to McD and bought a Bacon and Egg McMuffin set.

Then, I went back to the city and went to uni. Met up with my group members till about 12pm. I then worked on my assignment till it was 4.30pm.

Went to the city and took the bus home. Had dinner and worked on my assignment till late...

Anzac

Didn't do much today. Woke up at 10.30am and AS made me some noodles. For the rest of the day, I was trying to figure out how to upload using php.

I had some Singapore Fried Noodles for lunch while working on my assignment. Then at about 4pm, I started reading till dinner time.

Dinner was spaghetti. Today is noodle day I guess. Later, I continued reading till 9.40pm.

Took my shower and continued cracking my head for my program.

It's 11.54pm here and I still have no idea what is my mistake. It's frustrating.
