Rain Rain Rain

It's almost the end of Winter and it has been raining since 3pm. There were warnings of dangerous weather but luckily it didn't happen.

Earlier in the morning, I made myself a 'proper' breakfast. Had eggs, sausages and baked beans. :)

Went to uni and had class from 3pm to 7pm. Afterwards, I went to get some groceries. Came home and cooked cottage pie for dinner.

Later, I worked on my assignment till it was time for bed...

Gosh

Got an email saying my course enrollment will be cancelled. Apparently I didn't pay my school fees. After class, I went to Student Services and the staff helped me transfer the case to the Finance department.

Went for my lecture from 5pm to 7pm. It was quite interesting because a guy working in the Computer Forensics industry came to share with us.

After that, I headed to the corporate prayer meeting in Woollonggabba. It was another amazing session.

Came home and made some noodles for dinner. It's 11.21pm and I'm gonna sleep soon. Night...

Excited Bout Tomorrow

After breakfast, I went to get some stuff from Indooroopilly. The reason why I went all the way there was because my mixer was not working and I went to exchange it.

Later, I came home and ate my lunch. Then, I took the bus to the city. Walked to uni for my tutorial. An hour later, I went for the lecture. There was a fire drill so we couldn't finish the lecture material.

Went to Chapel for prayer meeting and it was AWESOME! I just love how our prayer meetings always become spontaneous worship sessions. :D

After that, a few of us had free drinks in La Dolce Vita. We also shared 2 pieces of cake. Tiramisu and Brownies. It was a nice time of sharing and getting to know each other more.

Came home at about 10pm and read a bit of notes before writing this post.

Tomorrow is a public holiday and I can't wait to spend time in my new house with the oven. :P

Tuesday

It was a different Tuesday. At about 12pm, TL, JC and I went to Stafford Heights and helped a friend move her stuff to Kelvin Grove.

After that, I went to uni and had class from 3pm to 7pm. Lecture was interesting but at the same time boring. Haha...

When the class ended, I walked over to Woolonggabba for prayer meeting. Today's prayer meeting was spontaneous and special. Enjoyed it a lot.

Ate my dinner at Hungry Jacks before coming back home to retire for the night...

Hmm

In the afternoon, I had a talk with AS. She said she'll help me move out. Later, I went to uni for class...

At 4pm, I bumped into JK and then M and her friends. All of us then went to get free coffee thanks to East West. Got to know 3 new friends and later VH joined us too.

Headed for class and that ended at 7pm. Went to the chapel for prayer meeting. Had a great time praying with QUT4.

Later, I went to the city and got myself dinner from Hungry Jacks. Took the bus home and got back by 10.30pm...

Day 2 of the Semester

Came to help CCM out in Market day today. Then at 3pm, I went to my tutorial. I went back to meet the rest of them 30 minutes later because there wasn't any tutorial.

In the end, we all went to Global Cafe and got the free drink. At about 4.45pm, everyone went to QPAC for A and E's graduation.

I didn't follow them because I had a class to attend. The super dry class ended at 7pm. Went back home and rested for the night...

Day 2

Today was quiet compared to yesterday. And, I tried chatting with people instead of selling them the membership. It was a good day.

Later, I stayed in the library and used the computer. Searched up some ideas for icebreakers and also read some articles till about 5.30pm.

Then, I went to the city for dinner. To my surprise, the pasta shop isn't there anymore. I guess I won't have 4 dollar pasta anymore. Bought a box of assorted sushi for dinner.

After that, I headed to Roma Street Parkland Apartments for the sub-district prayer meeting. Had a great time of prayer with QUT1, QUT2, QUT3 and QUT4. :D

Later, I took the bus home and got back by 10pm. Gonna rest now. Night...

Extra Extra

Stayed at home in the morning and helped assemble the new daybed. Later, I had Hokkien Noodles for lunch.

At about 5pm, I left home and took the bus to Woolongabba. Was just in time for "Touching Heaven Touching Deep (Extra)".

I thought it was just a name. But the prayer went on till 10.45pm! It was a great time of prayer but we got slightly tired after 2 sessions.

Then, all of us went back home. I got back at 12.10am and rested for the night...

Night at QUT

Went to QUT at night for a special prayer meeting. It was my first prayer walk around the campus! :)

After that, all of us (18 of us who will be going to the camp) stayed back and DANCED IN THE CAFETERIA! :P It was really fun because the lights were all out except the area where we were dancing.

At about 10.30pm, all of us left and went back home..

Bus-Hopping Tuesday

Left the house at 3pm again. This time, I went to Indooroopilly and got some ingredients. Then, I took another bus to the city. Ate lasagna for my dinner before taking another bus to Southbank.

Got on the 88 bus. After a while, I realized it doesn't go onto the Busway until "Buranda". So once it arrived at the busway, I quickly got off and went to the other side. Took another bus from there back to Southbank.

AL and JC picked me up from the station. Then, we drove to Koorong. It's a Christian bookshop and there was a 15% discount. We browsed from 6pm till 6.50pm but I didn't get anything. JC bought "Purpose Driven Life" as a gift to me. :)

We went to the prayer meeting and I took the bus home after that...

Waking Up Early

I got up very early today and left the house at 5.50am. Took the 6am bus and arrived at the city before 7am.

Bought myself an "Extra Value Brekky" from Hungry Jacks again. Yes, I'm visiting Hungry Jacks for the second time in less than 24 hours.

Then, I went to QUT and studied for one last time. Sat for my paper at 8.30am. It went quite well. I managed to come out before the exam ended.

Walked to the city and was going from supermarket to supermarket. Bought some stuff before walking to Myer Center for lunch.

Later, I went to the library and used the computer. Did a bit of revision. Then, I bumped into TL and we chat till it was time for prayer meeting.

Today's prayer was slightly different. I liked it though. Later, I took the bus home and had a nice and relaxing night...

1234th post

Went to uni to study today. Was quite productive with JC and AL with me. At 6pm, I went to the city and ate at Hungry Jacks.

Took the bus home and did more revision. Watched Naruto too. It's almost 1am already. Going to bed now. Night...

Lesson Learned

At 7am I finished up and took my shower. Missed the 7.55am bus so I waited till 8.30am. Arrived in uni at about 9.45am.

Did some touch ups and went for our presentation at about 10.35am. It was bad. All my hard work was not shown because someone overwrote the files with our old ones.

Later, did some touch up before submitting the assignment. I then went to the garden and ate some biscuits and slept for a while.

After that, I went to Myer Center for dinner. Bought the Curry Chicken Rice from Japanese Bento.

Then, I headed to uni for Unit Prayer Meeting in L Block. When it ended, J, AL and I stayed back and played with the piano. :P

We walked to the city together and J took the bus with me. Got home at about 10.20pm and had a long sleep from 12am till the next day...

Tuesday

I've gone 3 days without blogging. Gosh. I've just been so tired and busy with other stuff. Got up at 7am today and caught the 7.55am bus to the city.

Did the scrum meeting at 10am and headed to the garden after that. Did my quiet time there before going to L block for pizza.

Had a catch-up session with J before he started the lessons. Later, J (from UQ6) joined us for a short while too.

We left uni at 2pm and I went home. J went to KG. Slept on the bus and reached home at about 3.10pm.

Prayer Meeting

Went to uni for Time Out. Bought Curry Beef Rice from Mad Cafe but it barely had any beef. Should have bought from the city.

After Time Out, I used the computer and did some work till 4pm. Did my quiet time till 5pm before AL and I went to the city for dinner.

We bought 3 boxes of Sushi and shared it. Later, we went back to uni and used the computer for a while.

Then at 6.30pm, L, AL and I walked over to Princess Theater for our prayer meeting. It ended at 9.10pm.

Took the bus home and got home by 10.20pm. Showered and blogged till now...

Spiritual Tuesday

Got up early today and went to the city at 8am. By the time i got to uni, it was 9.10am. Had my Scrum meeting and this time it went smoothly.

After that, we had another group meeting. I then used the laptop to get some work done. Then at 11.30am, I went to L block.

People from CCM were there and I helped pack the goodie bags. Later, we had some prayer, paired up, and went around the campus talking to people. J and I didn't get to share the gospel with anyone but we talked to someone from the Salvation Army.

Later, I went to the library and continued doing some work and did some revision. At 5pm, I went to the Garden for Quiet Time.

Rushed to the city to get lunch. But once there, most of the food were sold out. I went to Coles and bought donuts.

Quickly went back to L Block and was in time for our Unit Prayer. That went on till about 8.20pm.

Walked to the city and had the chance to know some of my unit members more. Took the 430 bus and got home by 9.30pm.

Showered and used the laptop. Then, I wrote this post till now. It's 11pm and I'm going to bed soon. Night...

Great Tuesday

Got up today at 9.30am and had my breakfast. Started my quiet time at 10.30am and later did some work till 12.30pm.

Then, for the first time, I made fried rice for AS and myself. It wasn't too bad but could have been better.

Then at 4pm, I went to take the bus. At 5.15pm, I arrived at the city. Bought pasta for dinner before going to S block to meet J.

We did some work and I had my dinner after that. Then at 6.45pm, both of us walked on the Goodwill bridge to get to Woolloongabba.

Attended the Prayer Meeting for the first time. It was in a very small classic New York style theatre. I loved the atmosphere and it I enjoyed the concept.

Went back at 9.30pm and got home by 10.20pm. Took my shower and started doing some work. till now. It's 1am and I'm gonna end this post here. Night...

Time Out

Got up at 7am and got ready for uni. Took the bus to the city and was sleeping as usual. Suddenly, J got on the bus. He was on his way to uni for a presentation too.

I headed to my class and had the scrum meeting. Lost 1 mark because I forgot to mention the time. I even wrote it down but somehow ignored it. Argh.

Later, I went to Kelvin Grove with N. We used our laptops there and I left at 11.45am. Got back to Gardens Point and bought my lunch.

I bought a "Cheese Burger and Chips Combo" at HEAT for AUD5. It didn't come with a drink but the burger was better than Red Rooster.

Members of CCM QUT then sat on the grass outside B block had lunch there. At 1pm, we went off. AW, AL, J and I then went to the city. Walked around Myer for a while before I headed to my bus stop.

I waited for 20 minutes before checking the bus schedule. To my horror, the next bus was 30 minutes away. And thanks to the heavy rain, nobody can sit on the seats. So I decided to browse in Coles.

At 2.30pm, I finally got on the bus. Got home an hour later and did some cleaning. After that, I took a nap till 5.30pm.

Not long after that, we had dinner. They bought KFC and AS put the chicken in the oven for a while. It was okay.

Later, I stayed in my room and read the bible. Took my shower and started using the computer. Typed out some stuff and blogged till now.

It's 12.25am and I'm gonna end this post here. Night...

Not Like Tuesday

Got up and had french toast for breakfast. Then, I worked on my assignment till 1.50pm. After that, I took the bus to the city.

Had our SSD group meeting for about an hour. Did my work till it was 5pm. Then, I took the bus home.

Had dinner and took my shower. Then, I watched some TV will working on my assignment.

It's Tuesday today but it feels so much like a Sunday. Productivity is below average too. Damn!

Anyway, I'm gonna end this post here and continue working. Bye...

A Milestone In Life

Woke up at 7am to get ready for uni. Left at 8am and had to wait till 8.40am before the next bus arrived.

Got to class and discussed about our assignment. Then, I went to the library and got some work done.

At 12.15pm, I went to the city for lunch. Had Japanese Curry with Breaded Pork. I regret buying it from Sushi D'lite. From now on, I'll go to Japanese Bento.

Walked around before going back to QUT. Met up with Jason we went to sit facing the river. I asked him a few questions regarding verses inside the bible.

Before we went off, he asked me if I wanted to accept Christ. After some thought, I said YES. And so begins my journey with God. Before this I already had a journey but now it'll be official.

Perhaps some of my readers/relatives/friends will be shocked till you can't speak by now. But I hope you have an open mind. And maybe one day I get to share my experience with you.

Back to my day, I went to the library and attended the final workshop for "IS: Working In Australia". We did some simple interview exercise before "graduating". We were given certificates.

Then, we had some pizza and soft drinks too! Met 2 girls from China. One of them were from Hainan island. It was fun chatting with them.

Later, I went to the city and took the bus home. Got back at 6.10pm and the sky was as dark as it would be at 10pm!

Anyway, had dinner and cleaned up. Watched some TV before taking my shower. Then, I spend the rest of the night on MSN, Facebook, and Blogger.

Although I didn't do much work tonight. Today is one of the most important days of my life. Spiritually and emotionally.
