T Music Festival

Arrived at the Stadium by 6.30pm and we went inside. Before the concert started, I went to the toilet. As we came in, they gave us some free “Noise Makers”. They kept playing ads till the concert started. At 7pm sharp, the concert started. The stadium wasn’t even half full!

The show started with Nicholas, Mei Yan and Amigo who came to Emcee the event. Then, Andrew Tan (Malaysia) started with his performance. After a few songs, he went backstage and Rickman Chia (Malaysia) took over the stage! He sang about 4 songs and went back in.

Kelvin Tan (Singapore) came out and sung 3 songs. Next in line was James (Thailand) followed by Manhand (Malaysia) After that, it was time for Soler (Hong Kong) to come out and sing. The twins from HK sang another few songs before going backstage.

Soler

Ocean (China) came out and next in line was Kenny Kwan (Hong Kong). PowerStation (Taiwan) sang about NINE songs!! Before they left, Jade Liu (China) came out and sang a song with them. Then, she started singing solo. It was quite sad for her because once she started singing, everyone left the stadium for a break.

Power Station

Next was Chin (Thailand). He was singing and dancing and suddenly, PUFF!! The screen was “Hanged” and we noticed that on the left, there was a small fire. The whole stage then went into a blackout. According to the news, it was caused by a fuse but many bloggers had pictures to prove it.

Blur

The emcees came out with a megaphone and started talking to the crowd. Those on the upper levels couldn’t hear what they were talking about. Then, 1 by 1, they brought out the artist to come and sing-a-long with us. It was nice when the whole stadium sang together.

After about 45 minutes, everything got back on and they explain that the wires caught fire so they cut off the burnt wires and rewired everything. Everyone was cheering when the concert started again. So, Chin continued singing and dancing.

Later, it was Kay Kwok (Malaysia). By then, everyone was kinda tired and nobody bothered to wave for her. Eric Lim (Malaysia) appeared and sang a duet with Kay. Kay then went back while Eric took the stage.

Next in line was Khalil Fong (HK). He sang a few songs and even took out a keyboard! After that, Z-Chen (Malaysia) came out to entertain us. Music kept stopping while Z-Chen was singing but he asked the crowd to sing with him without music. Again, it was beautiful and HIGH!

Khalil Fong

Sam Lee (Taiwan) was next. He sang a few songs and I really liked it. Next up in line was Kay Tse (Hong Kong) followed by Justin Lo (Hong Kong). When it was Justin’s turn, it was already way pass midnight.

After him, the much awaited singer appeared! He was David Tao from Taiwan!! Everyone started shouting and he sung about 5 songs before he left.

After David went off, a quarter of the stadium also left the place. Then, the final performer of the night got on stage. It was none other than Joey Yung (Hong Kong)! Just like the others, she sang about 4 songs before saying goodnight to us.

Then, the emcees came out and thanked everyone and left the stage. As everyone was walking out of the stadium, the dancers were still dancing on the stage. Left the stadium at about 1.40pm.

Overall, I enjoyed the concert although there were happy times and unfortunate moments. After 6 hours of not going to the toilet and sitting on the small little stadium seat, my butt really hurts. But, it was all worth it.

Before I end this post, here's a link where you can get the official pictures of the event. I would also like to thank Nuffnang for giving me these 2 tickets! Till my next event, ROCK ON!!
