2009, A New Beginning!

Woke up at around 9am and started washing up. Then, we cycled down to 112 to look for AM and SC. When they were done, we cycled around our area. AM got tired and went back. SC, M and I then went to climb the Bangsar Hill (referring to the Loft hill from now on).

After we came back, I went inside to rest. After settling down, we went back home. Reached home at 10.30am and watched Cars on Disney Channel. After it ended at 12pm, we took turns to shower. Then, we rushed to Jaya 33 for lunch.

Lunch was at Oriental Pavilion in Jaya 33 as a farewell lunch for C. Despite making a reservation, we still had to wait and squeeze. All 12 of us crammed ourselves in a small little table.

Fried Stuff

Peking Duck Skin Wrapped in Chinese Pancake

Sweet Chicken and Noodles

Homemade Beancurd

Old Fire Soup

Duck Meat wrapped in Lettuce

SS ordered a Set Lunch and additional Peking Duck. The food was quite good but the service was BAD!! Since it was our farewell dinner for C, we didn't complaint much. About an hour and half later, we finished our food.

Some of them stayed and drank tea while Dad and most of us went down to Bagman and bought C a super light (1.5kg) luggage bag. After that, we went back to the parking area and paid the parking. Went home after that.

It was about 2.30pm when we reached home. Dad rushed to another shop that sold laptop bags and got a bag for C. Then, Mum went to BSC to get some money to give it to C. THe kids stayed at home while waiting for them to come home.

At 4pm, mum came back. All of us (except GM) then rushed to SS's house. We reached at 4.30pm and was told that C was only leaving at 5.30pm. So, we went upstairs to look at her pack.

SS's sisters and niece came to say goodbye too. After a long packing session and discussion, we left the house in 2 cars at 5.45pm. We made it to the airport at 6.30pm. Parked the car and quickly went to the SIA counter.

C's lecturer and friends were also there to bid her farewell. She waited for her friend till 6.45pm before checking in. Then, they went to McD to get some ice cream and continue talking. DGG and family then came too.

At 7.45pm, C started saying goodbye to each and every one of us. Each goodbye was accompanied by hugs and in most cases, tears. When C hugged LC, streams of tears were pouring.

It was so unexpected which made it even more sad. When it was my turn, I was about to cry but I held back. After hugging and saying bye, she went to the departure hall. All of us stood by and watched her go in.

After that, dad said we should go for dinner together. Once he mentioned Sri Petaling, I suggested Yoke Heng in Sri Kembangan. Then, DGJ asked us to go to his friends shop in Sri Petaling. Since DGJ suggested it, we decided to go to his friend's place.

Dad then lead the way to Sri Petaling. The journey was about 40 minutes. We then parked our car and walked to "Dai Gei". It specializes in fish and it seems they have been taking Soy Milk from DGJ for more than 10 years.

We split into 2 tables which was the kids table and adults table. I was in the kids table. DGG ordered some food for us like Gu Lou Yok and stuff. There was one dish that looked like chicken but was actually frog!! Once I knew it was frog, I didn't take a single bite.

My drink - Sea Coconut

Our table had fish slices while the adults ordered "So Mei" for themselves. At the end of the dinner, dad told me the dinner costs RM 400++ because the fish costs RM 150++. I was VERY surprised!!

Before we went home, I said THANKS to DGJ. We left the place at about 10.30pm. Once home, we watched TV till about 12.30am. We then came up and chatted till about 1am before finally sleeping...
