Time Flies!

Woke up at 9.30am today. used the laptop for awhile before going downstairs for breakfast. Dad heated up some croissants and pie for us. I ate a chicken floss croissant and a pie. Then, I went to the bathroom and washed up.

At 10.20am, DY and HX came to my house. I hopped into their car and we drove to BSC. We waited in the car for AL and MY to come (10 minutes later). Then, we went in and played badminton.

DY, HX and I came home at 12pm while AL and MY were still playing there. After showering, I transferred some TF and LOS to HX's phone. Then, AL called and told us he was outside my house. We went to the post office (HX wanted to settle some stuff) before going for lunch.

We drove to Chun Heong for lunch. After going about 2 rounds, DY decided to parked an illegal spot. Once we entered Chun Heong, DY and HX said that they are going to MV for lunch. Forgetting about them, we found a table and ordered our food.

After lunch, AL and MY sent me home. I used the laptop to chat, facebook and update my blog. At about 4pm, dad came home. I he called Sony Ericsson and they told him that they could fix my phone.

So, we left the house and went to Gardens. We went to the SE Authorised Service Centre and they told us we should go to Amcorp Mall instead because they are only a Level 2 service centre and Amcorp Mall is a Level 3 SC.

If we send it in at Gardens, they will help us send to Amcorp Mall (1 weeks). But, if we send it straight to Amcorp Mall, it only takes a couple of hours. To speed up the process, we decided to sent it to Amcorp mall ourselves tomorrow morning.

Then, we went to Maxis and I asked them to help me configure my 3G settings. Next, we went to Big Apple to buy half a dozen of donuts. After that, I told dad about the problems on the VAIO. He then insisted we go to the Sony Center on the 3rd floor.

After telling the salesperson about our problem, he told us to send it together with our warranty card to the Sony Service Centre at Northpoint. We then went to pay the parking ticket and drove to Lucky Garden.

Dad went to AA to get some medicine for E. Then, he went to TMC to get M a birthday wrapper. All this while, I waited for him in the car. I already ate one donut while in the car. Haha.

When we reached home, J was watching Disney Channel Games 2008. I joined her for awhile before coming upstairs to collect my earnings from "friends finance". Then, I went down for dinner.

Mum cut some dragon fruit and I ate some of it. After dinner, I turned on Disney Channel and watched the movie "Zodiac: The Race Begins". At first, dad was the only one that accompanied me.

When dad thought it was interesting, he asked M to come and join us. Then, everyone else started paying attention to the show. It ended at 9pm and I came upstairs to watch a random episode of Pokemon.

This is the first time this week that I wrote a post without drafting and posting a few days later. Haha. Enough for today. Bye.

Family Picnic At Bagan Lalang

**I only uploaded a few pictures (I'm not suppose to upload pictures of my family members remember?) The uploaded pictures are all from mum's cam because my memory card crashed! It is a huge loss that the nice and fun pictures I took are now gone forever. Anyhow, we should concentrate on the fun day that we had instead of mourn for the terrible event**

After reaching Bangsar, I went to the toilet to wash my face. Then, I changed my pants. We then left for Bagan Lalang (Malaysia's Gold Coast). It was a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive. We stopped at a petrol station for toilet break and bought 3 dragon fruits for RM 10 from there.

Another 30 minutes later, we reached the beach. We drove to the end of the beach and parked there. After choosing a spot under the tree, we set up the mats and the collapsible table and chairs.

We started eating the crepes and sandwiches. All the food were finished in 15 minutes!! Then, M went to make some sandcastles while the rest of us walked around the beach. C (armed with mum's Nikon DLSR) and I (with my SE C902) walked around and took creative shots of the beach.

I actually took some photos to fit the theme "what you can find in the beach". I took photos of a t-shirt, dead fish, log and also many interesting things that I forgot. Then, I started taking "shadow pictures" with my family.

We walked to the sea and started taking "jump shots" of the four girls (C, K, J and E). Then we went back to take some pictures of E and M who were working on the sandcastle. We also wrote our names and decorated it with our slippers.

After taking many pictures of it, we went back to our "base" to drink some water and pack up. We drove around looking for a very famous restaurant called Lover's Link Restaurant. We finally found it and went inside for lunch. We started ordering and the food came soon.

Just as we were eating, a sudden wave of people came. There were too many people and some of them even left the place because it takes too long for the food to come. We overheard a customer complaining to the boss that they waited more than an hour and their food hadn't arrive.

I was looking at photos on my phone. Suddenly, phone restarted. When I tried to access the photos again, there were NO PHOTOS to be found!! I was VERY UPSET and EMO for the rest of my lunch.

The total bill was RM 123.40. Some of us went to walk the Lover's Bridge. The first half of it was made of concrete while the other half was made by wood!! The wooden parts was very scary because there were some loose planks and the bridge tilted to the right at one point.

We then drove back to Bangsar. I slept in the car and so did most of us. Once we reached home, I laid on the sofa and ate an ice cream. SS and family went home and I went upstairs to use the laptop. I tried to recover the photos with some software but it still couldn't be retrieved.

After taking a bath, SS came. We discussed and decided to go to Rendezvous for dinner. When we reached there, it was RAINING (Rendezvous was an open air restaurant)! So, we went to Jusco instead.

We then decided to eat at Black Canyon inside Jusco. I ordered a coffee drink called "Jamaican blast". It tasted very nice! I ordered a chicken teriyaki but it was not that nice.

We then went home without paying the parking (J-Card members don't have to pay for the first two hours). At home, all of us went to look at the photos of today's trip. They went home and I started updating all 3 drafts ( 3 days without proper blogging, haih).

Gotta sleep early because I'm playing badminton tomorrow at 10am. Night.

Food Preparations for Bagan Lalang Trip

**I woke up at 5am to assist/accompany K since she had to wake up early to make crepes for all of us. Once we woke up, we wasted no time. Here is what we did.**

1. Sieve the flour (done by ME!!)

2. Melt 16 tablespoons of butter

3. Add some sugar and salt

4. Crack 4 eggs into the middle of the mix

5. Pour 2 cups of milk

6. Stir the mixture

7. Add milk while stirring (done by ME!!)

8. Add the butter into the mixture

9. Stir the mix again (done by ME!!)

10. Wait for 30 minutes. (I set the timer and went to shower)

11. Cleaned up (obviously not done by ME!! I helped a little though)

**When I came out of the shower, I turned on the laptop and started transferring the pictures and drafting. 10 minutes till the timer rings. Alarm just rang (6.17am) and K came down 2 minutes later. We also prepared some hot water to make hot drinks at the beach**

12. Pour some of the mixture into the pan

13. Move the pan till the mix forms a circle. Then, wait till it turns brown.

14. Flip the crepe when ready

15. When both sides are cooked, put it in a plate

16. Repeat step 12 to 15 until there is no more mixture left

17. Keep it in a presentable container

**While K was frying the crepes, SS started making sandwiches. Again, I helped/took some photos.**

1. Smash the hard boiled eggs

2. Add some salt and pepper into the egg mixture

3. Prepare bread on the chopping board

4. Slice the sides of the bread

5. Spread butter on the bread (done by ME!!)

6. (a) Spread some of the mixture on the bread


6. (b) Spread sugar on the bread

7. Slice the bread into fours

8. Lay them out nicely in some recycled containers

9. All 3 boxes of sandwiches are done!!

**The sandwiches took about an hour to complete while the crepes took half an hour to get ready, half an hour for waiting and 1 and half hours to fry!!

We left the house at 7.40am with sandwiches, crepes, hot water, powdered drinks, some junk food and bottled water for everyone. We reached Bangsar at 8am**

A Great Plan!!

Woke up at 9am. SS made all of us a Western breakfast. I used the laptop and watched Pokemon till it was 1pm. SS and SS dropped C in college and went for lunch. The other 3 of us stayed at home.

SS packed some rice and noodles from Chan Kee for us. We watched more pokemon until it was 4pm. Then, C and I drove the SLK to the petrol station to redraw money from the bank. The ATM there was Out of Order so we drove to Centrepoint.

We parked and went to 7eleven and bought a Large Slurpee for each of us. Then, we walked to the new wing and saw C's college peeps working in Baskin Robins. We tasted the flavour of the month and everyone agreed that it wasn't nice.

Then, we went to the ATM but they were out of RECEIPTS. So, we decided to go to Taman Tun instead. When passing by the housing area, we saw the BU guard PISSING in the drain!! We drove on and realized that we were low on petrol.

So, we detoured back to SS's house and asked SS for her credit card. After that, we drove to TTDI to redraw money. Then, we drove to the Shell Station in BU. Before going to BU, we saw a car skid 270 degrees at the junction! After feeding the car, we went back to watch more TV!

We showered and drank soup before going for dinner at 7.20pm. Dinner was with everyone from the guys side of L family (11 of us - C was not there). It was somewhere in PJ that specialises in Hokkien style cooking. The food was average.

We paid and left. During the drive home, we were actually thinking hard on where to picnic. Suddenly, SS (our genius) thought of this brilliant idea of Picnicking by the beach!! Dad and the rest came over to SS's house.

After discussing, we came out with the conclusion. L Family Picnic Trip to Bagan Lalang!! We watched TV and went for supper at 10pm. We went to Kayu for Roti Tissue!

When we reached there, it was raining. So, everyone squeezed and sat inside. We ordered a Roti Tissue, 2 Roti Canai (one for E, one for GM) and drinks for everyone. We also ordered a naan that wasn't that nice.

We left before dad and family because we wanted to buy eggs from Tesco. When we reached Tesco, we foud out that it is closed. So, we drove to 7eleven to buy the eggs. We reached home at 11.50pm. C was watching Pokemon again.

I asked him to turn to 8TV at 12.15am to watch Distraction. Unfortunately, it was screening because they were airing LOTR for Raya. What a waste. I wanted to introduce C to this wonderful show...

I'm going to sleep now because I'll have to wake up at 5am tomorrow to accompany K to make Crepes for the picnic!!
