Traffic Jams are NOT Wanted!

In the morning, I picked up am and before going to TPM, we dropped by McD and drove thru. AM paid for her breakfast set and mine. AM, thanks ya. We boldly ate it in the APIIT cafeteria! Haha. After eating, I went straight to MS class.

As usual, he cracked some jokes and made us laugh. When we were given a break, some people from the admin came and issued us our MS dockets. We waited for about 30 minutes to collect our dockets as there was a very long queue. Skipped lunch. Sad...

After class, we went to the ex-exam hall that AC booked to practice our drama. At 12.30pm, we ended our gathering and went to AUD-1 for our diploma exam briefing. After a long talk from Miss Bridget and another lecturer, the admin started giving out dockets for our other 4 subjects.

This time, I went to line up as fast as possible. I waited for about half an hour before getting mine. This was mainly because Mr Yip, one of the admin staff, was slow and also because of some inconsiderate and immoral students that jumped the queue.

I was behind KH and I could feel KH's anger when one of those people jumped the queue. After I got mine, I waited for ML because he wanted me to transfer FH II into his external hard disk. When everyone was done, I asked them if they wanted to watch a movie but none of the wanted.

So, I called mum and asked her. I sent KW and JT to the LRT before going home. M called and told me she bought 2 tickets for the 3.30pm screening of "Wanted". On the way back, I got stuck in TWO traffic jams.

I reached home at 3.10pm. Left my bag at home and we went straight to MV. We were rushing because it was already 3.35pm. We went into the cinema at 3.45pm and waited another 5 minutes until the movie started.

"Wanted" is an action movie about a group of assasins. The action scene weren't that good but their killing style, effects and storyline scored 100/100. Even mum who doesn't like action movies that much liked it. At the end of the show, mum commented that "James Bond" is like kindergarten and "Wanted" is the University!

After that, we went to pick E from school. The jam started BEFORE the Garden's ticketing booth and ended when we left the MV ring road. We reached her school just in time! M called to tell us they were going to SS's house first.

When we reached home, we got ready and waited for dad to come home. We left the house at 7.45pm and reached SS's house at 8 something. We were the only ones there and there was a lot of food!

Picture of the food served there.

The rest of the family started coming after 8pm. We were celebrating the birthdays of 5 July babies. So, there were a candles each on 5 mini-cupcakes! We all left SS's house at about 11pm.

My 100th Post!

Went to APIIT early today because I have my PITS presentation. My slot was 9.45am to 11am. Due to long-winded classmates and all, I only went in to present at 11.30am. I talked faster than usual and Miss Hema kept saying "mmm" and "uh-huh". At the end of it, she gave me some comments and gave me an A+!!

ML was 2 person after me. Miss Hema frightened ML by telling him "actually, I wanted to give you B but since your background is too plain, I am going to give you C". Then, on the CSFF, she wrote A+!! I laughed when ML told me about it.

We went for lunch and hung out in the lab till 1.45pm. We had our IS class in the same lab. Miss Sumathi discussed some tutorials and dismissed the class at 3pm. A big bunch of us went around looking for an empty class so the 2 groups can practice their PENG drama.

Finally, we went into the ex-exam hall. But after half an hour or so, a lecturer came in and asked us to get out. He told us if we wanted to use the room, we had to go and book it from the admin. We apologized and quickly went off.

All of us walked to ENT3 where no one will disturb us while AC went to the admin and book a room for tomorrow. After settling down in one of the rooms, a lecturer came in and told us he has a class there. So again, we went to another room.

At 5pm, everyone was done practicing so we left. I dropped KW at the LRT station before going home. When I reached home, mum told us that we are going for dinner with SS tonight to celebrate his birthday.

So at 8pm, we went to Nature, a vegetarian restaurant in Bangsar, for dinner. We ordered a set for 10 people which costs RM 514. Before going back, we went to 7eleven to buy 4 cans of "Whatever" and a can of "Anything".

After that, we went to 97 to cut the cake. "SS" was written on the cake!! This is all mum's doing!! It was a moist cake from Suanson. We watched a bit of tennis before going home.
.
Now, I'm updating this and my parents just started nagging me. They started telling me to sleep early and stuff, which I already know. So, good night everyone and HAPPY BIRTHDAY SS!!

Why Do I Keep Rushing?

IS presentation was at 1.45pm and I only left at 1.15pm. When I reached TPM at 1.40pm, I walked very quickly to L2-6. I noticed that there was a booths selling laptops in the Atrium. When I reached L2-6, I saw other people inside and realized that today is Wednesday and class is at L2-3.
.
When I got in, the lecturer wasn't there yet. I was relieved. We heard that there were 3 lecturers looking at the presentations of Diploma Group 2. But, only Mr Mohan came. And he asked everyone to go out except the group that is presenting.

My group went to the lab to get ready as our slot was at 2.50pm. At 2.30pm, AL called me and I went to L2-5 to discuss about our PENG drama. At 2.45pm, I left them and went to meet KH. We waited outside L2-3 for 10 minutes till our turn. I went in and wished him GOOD MORNING!! Luckily, my group members corrected me.
After the presentation, I went back to L2-5 to rehearse our drama. None of us memorized the script yet so we were just reading from the script while acting. We laughed most of the time because it is meant to be a funny drama. I wonder how am I going to hold back my laughs next week.

We stopped about 40 minutes later because some of our group members presentation was up next. AL and I followed AC's group around and watched them rehearse. First, we went to L2-4 but after awhile, students came in. So, we went to one of the MSR rooms. We left at about 5.10pm.
.
At home, I ate some Mint Ice Cream and bag of chips. Went upstairs to surf the net. I asked mum and M if they wanted to watch a show tonight and they agreed. When mum sent M to tuition, I checked GSC's website for the show times and called mum. I asked her to call MM but she said that MM would be busy watching tennis.

So, I used mum's card to purchase 3 tickets for "Get Smart". Today is Wednesday so each adult ticket is RM7. When M got back from tuition at 8pm, we waited for her to eat, changed and we left right after that.
.
Our show was 8.40pm but it was already 8.45pm when while we were walking there. The queue was even longer than Sunday's line. I thought the ticketing kiosk would be our life-saver but one of them was spoiled. That caused a line for the kiosk. We waited for 10 minutes before collecting our tickets.
.
The most unlucky and pitiful was the couple beside us. They inserted their credit card to the ticketing kiosk and the kiosk hay-wired on the spot. Their card was stuck inside and had to wait for the technician to get it out. They were also supposed to watch Get Smart at 8.40pm.

Beside the broken Kiosk is a worker calling the technician.

We walked quickly to cinema 8. They were still showing ads and the cinema hall wasn't even half full! We sat 3 rows from the back. Since there was time, I went to the toilet. On the way back, a sudden wave of people went into hall 8. When I stepped inside, It was already 85% full. That really proves how unpunctual we are.
.
The show was a comedy with a little bit of mystery. It was VERY DAMN funny. I laughed till I couldn't laugh any harder. But one thing weird is that I only heard laughs from those seating at the back. I loved this movie and I suggest everyone to watch it. M and mum both said we MUST get the DVD. M also said she wouldn't mind watching it again.
.
After that, we went to McD to have supper. We saw Onion Rings and decided to order 1 to try it out. We also ordered 4 apple pies. For the free item, I told the guy I want sprite. He charged me Rm 6.30. Then, he gave us 4 apple pies and fries and said thank you.
.
I was standing there, a bit blur. He gave me a "anything wrong?" look and I asked for my Onion Rings. Then, he told me they ran out. Why didn't he tell me earlier? I thought to myself "owh, that is why he charge 6.30 only". As for the fries, maybe he have some hearing problems. Anyway, I love fries. So, who cares if it is sprite or fries?

Yes! Nice!

While walking to ENT3 after parking, I saw a white pickup truck moving slowly. I peeped inside and saw something that scared me. YELLOW CAR CLAMPS!! I was so afraid they will clamp my car.

In PITS, we did a tutorial but this time, Miss Hemalata told few of our classmates the answers and we played charades with that. Those sitting down was suppose to guess the answers with the help of our friends' actions. There were some questions where we just answered because we knew the answer and not because of their actions.
.
After PITS, we were all hanging around in the class with our laptops. KH wanted a copy of our IS slides and I asked him to get it from my bag. He didn't want to and after a while, he got angry and went off...

After 20 minutes or so, he came back and asked for it again. This time, he has cooled down. To prevent a fight from be started, I just decided to take it for him. I managed to finish Turistas. It wasn't that scary except that horrifying scene where the kidney is removed from a screaming lady.

At 1.45pm, we had PENG. Before Mr Suresh started the class, he thanked those who voted for him. He won 2 prizes for "Appreciation Day".Today, it was our Listening Incourse. He played each track twice and we had to answer a set of questions from there.
.
During NS, Miss Jessica was giving out yesterday's test paper. I waited for so long before she called my name. All of them had their names called and I saw there was only 1 paper left. I thought she had something bad to say! Then she called my name and announced that I got the highest, 97!

Class ended at 5pm but since I had to sent AM home, I waited for an hour. Luckily, ML and WL was there to keep me company till 5.30pm. Then, I played this game called "Battle Realm".

At 6, I went to my car and sent AM home. She told me that YM forgot to bring her Staff Card but didn't want to ask me to take it for her because she was afraid of being mentioned HERE! So, too bad for her. She had to follow her colleague every time she wanted to go in or out of the office and still get mentioned here. HEHE!!

I just finished watching DH on 8TV just now and I checked my mail and found this!

An email from Nuffnang telling me I won!
.
I've got 2 tickets for the Hancock Premiere in The Curve! Yes! Never thought I would have won any Nuffnang contests. Thank You Nuffnang!! To win this, I had to write a blog entry titled ‘Not Your Average Super Hero’ and write about any super hero in reality would be. Here is my entry.
.
**I found out that I forgot my wallet when I reached TPM! If you are a reader/family-member/friend, yes, I drove without my license!! If you are RTD/Police officer, Nothing to worry, this part is TOTALLY fiction**
