Stories

Woke up at 8am by my alarm. Used the laptop till 9am and got ready for class. Left the house at 9.50am and reached APIIT at 10.10am.

The usual car park was full till the end of the road. So, I decided to try my luck at APIIT. I drove in front of APIIT and there was an empty spot, I quickly went and parked there.

AL and AC were waiting for me. We then walked to class. Before that, we went to the admin to submit AL's MC.

Mrs Kwan started the class by giving us a "lecture" apparently, some of our course mates plagiarized their assignment. Then, she went on and taught Linear Programming.

After class, we walked down to get my car. On the way, we saw one of the lift got stuck. Mr Anthony was standing downstairs calling someone to come repair it. Pity those Africans stuck inside.

DY didn't come today and was replaced by LY. We went to Leo's in The Store for lunch. We sat down and ordered while AL and KW walked to another restaurant to buy "pao". I recommended Enchalato to them and so AC and ZS ordered it.

AC suggested Nasi Lemak Rendang so ML, AC, ZS and I ordered it. I ordered a Leo's Milk Tea and LY ordered some weird drink and curry mee. The food came while we were using our laptops. AC was blogging on the spot.

My Milk Tea (RM 2.80) - Not bad

AC taking a pic of his Enchalato

ZS and I had only one drum!

The Extremely Fat and Extremely Thin get extra!!

ZS and my Nasi Lemak had only ONE piece of drumstick while AC and ML had TWO EACH!!! Really unfair. To comfort ourselves, we said that they give according to the person's body size. Hahahah.

AC found "hair" on his EGG!!

They were lucky we didn't wanna complaint!

Anyway, we ate our food while AL and KW ate their "pao". The chicken was quite nice. I preferred this better than old town. My milk tea was good too. Average actually. Owh, and AL said I spread my disease (habit of taking pictures of the food before eating) to AC. Hehe..

After that, AC and ZS bought Gelato. I didn't buy it too because the 50% discount promo was over. To pay double is really NOT WORTH IT! I regretted not buying gelato the first time we went to Leo's.

The Receipt - We paid and left...

AL drove my car back to APIIT. MY car became SUPER noisy suddenly because everyone of us was talking to different people. Stopped by the LRT station and ZS bought a magazine. Then, we continued our journey back.

In CT class, Ms Intan taught us about input devices like readers and scanners. During the break, we went to print our cover page and assignment. While doing some editing (the PowerPoint slides went out of proportion), our PC restarted for maintenance!!

AC and the others got upset because we could have been doing something REALLY important and they went to restart the computer without notifying us. Anyway, I turned on another PC and printed our assignments.

We then went back to class for the rest of our CT lesson. When it was over at 3.40pm, we went downstairs to bind our assignments. Then, we went to submit it to the Admin. We then left TPM and went to our own homes.

Came back and set up the TV in my room. The converter AC gave me couldn't fit my laptop so about half an hour was wasted there. Turned on MSN and WM asked me to go down to their house.

At 5.15pm, I brought my laptop and badminton stuff and went to AM's house. We chat for awhile and AM asked me to accompany her to go cycling. LZ and I followed her. Mum called me and asked me to pick E up. Someone snatched her bag and she injured her finger.

About 5 minutes later, we heard thunder and decided to go back. We had dinner at 6pm because I had to go pick E at 6.40pm and we couldn't eat at 7pm because we had to play badminton at 8pm.

After dinner, AM followed me to pick E up. Just when we reached jalan Maarof, dad called and said he would pick E up. Lucky for us we skipped the jam. Back at AP's house, I turned on the laptop and watched TV.

AM wanted to make me a mango drink so that I would post that on my blog. I requested for it to be more presentable so she came up with the "tri-fruit" idea. Then, KK saw me taking pictures and added a flower. Next, AP added a slice of papaya!

Quad-Fruit Drink (priceless) - Mango, Jackfruit, Banana and Papaya

At 7.50pm, we went to BSC. When we arrived, someone else was already playing. Another guy told us that another 2 groups of people booked the same court at the same time! AM went to settle it with the guard.

In the end, it was decided we have to come back tomorrow morning to pick another date to play. We were all disappointed with their management. This problem used to happen many times before..

We went to my house to check on mum. She told us her story. In between, she stopped twice to tell the story to TWO other callers. After we were done, MM came and mum REPEATED the story!

"She was walking to her car in an alley near Megah Specialist. Then, 2 people on a motorbike can and snatched her bag. On the other side of the road, some Chinese guy/lady drove a car. They saw what happened and KNOCKED the motorbike with their car.

The thief fell and the other guy took mum's bag and ran. The other guy was caught. Then, about 10 people from a shop nearby chased after the thief that ran away. He ran to the highway and the rest of them followed.

The thief climbed over a tall fence and hid in the drain. Another Indian man was driving and saw what happened. So, he u-turned and found the thief hiding in the drain. He single-handedly went and caught him.

They all ended up calling the police. The two thieves didn't bother running because they were surrounded by many people. I think mum mentioned some of them even whacked the thieves. I could imagine their fear. Serves them right!mum snuck some sentimental and valuables from her bag. sure cant get back.
In the end, they went to the police station and mum had to leave her bag with them for investigation."

Mum took a picture of one of the A**H*****!!

The most important thing is that she wasn't badly hurt. Then, I drove AP, KK and AM home. I stayed there till SC came home so that he could park at my spot.

Used the laptop and chatted more. We laughed at some stories that AM told me about LZ. We also laughed about her. Then, SC came back and asked me about my review. I told him I didn't do it yet.

He said I should accept the product and just do the review. After much talk, I somehow told him it could be bought from Guardian for about RM 50, he was SOOO disappointed that he wasted so much energy talking about this.

His final advice was to ignore this review. Haha. AM heard this story and we all laughed. I decided to go home at 10pm and SC parked at my spot. At home, I used the laptop till 10.30pm before I went to shower.

Came out and used the laptop. Went down for supper and came back up to write my blog. Keep getting distracted by other stuff like chatting, reading blogs and facebook. It's 1.55am now and I finally finished this post. By the time I add pictures, it probably will be 2.30am. Night...

**PDS read this and told me that he was driving on the opposite side of the road when he WITNESSED this too!**

Back at Home

At home, I went to the toilet and did some "business". Then, MM came. Mum, J, E and I went into her car. The six of us (4 + AC and MM) went to Mizu for lunch.

I didn't order anything except Green Tea. I ate a piece of Mizu Maki and played the photo fishing game on my phone the whole time. After MM paid, we went to the hardware store. She bought some stuff before we left.

Once I reached home, AC was online and gave me his ProCom assignment. We did some linking and said that my group's product should be bought together with his to get a discount. Haha. What are friends for. We should get credit for this teamwork!!

After looking at his assignment, I told him what I thought about it and he gave me some feedback too. That made me want to add some elements to my assignment. I spent more than an hour (which was supposed for me to update yesterday;s post) modifying it.

Then, I saw E and J playing this game called Numbskull from Miniclips. They were stuck at level 10 so I decided to try. It was fun playing this game of logic. When I got stuck at level 30+, I took a rest and suddenly, I passed.

Now, I'm stuck at 46. Just four more levels to reach the end of the game. At 6.30pm, I went to shower. Came out and was told we were going to Burger King. It was raining when we left.

For the first time in a long time, we parked at MV itself because if we parked at Gardens, GM would have to walk a long distance. We walked to BK and I ordered the Whopper Jr Stunner Set. It came with the burger, drink, fries and an extra sundae ice cream (flavour of your choice).

Whopper Jr Stunner Set (RM 9.95) - excluding RM 0.50 off upgrade

The Whopper Jr was okay. The curly fries (I added 50 cents to upgrade to this) was nice. The Caramel Sundae wasn't that special. It even made my hands STICKY!! Had to go and wash it... The drink was HUGE I was full even before I finished half the cup.

We went to the electronic shop to browse around. Then, we sat at BK and finished our drink. Dad went to Carrefour to look at some electronics while mum went wondering around. 10 minutes later, they came back.

Before we left, J wanted to go to the toilet. Then, dad spotted Kenny Rogers and went to buy 6 muffins for RM13. We went home after that. E predicted it was raining and it was TRUE! Once we went outside, it was drizzling!

Dad drop us home and then went with J to "pasar malam". I came up and used the laptop. Still stuck at level 46 of NumbSkull. Chatted and started to blog. 1 and a half days of things to blog.

It's 12.25am now. Going to bed. Have to wake up early to go APIIT tomorrow. Bye...

Time to Have Fun

Reached APIIT at 6.10pm. For the first time, I parked my car inside the APIIT parking. The probably open it to the public just for today. DY, HX, HK and ZS were just few meters away. I went over to them and we walked to the main door.

We waited outside till 7pm before we were allowed to enter. Upon entering, a student stamped our hands (with ink) and another gave us our goodie bags.

Crappy Bags

Inside those bags were 3 Biore samplers, outdated PC Gamer magazines, and other useless stuff like game CDs and balloons. The MCN bag was much better and worth more.

We found a table and left our stuff there. Then, we went exploring the third floor. The online dance competition had not started so the lab was closed. Then we went to the cafeteria (named "The Lounge" for today).

The Lounge @ APIIT

The lights were all replaced by UV lights which made my white shirt "Cool Purple". The cafeteria was also transformed into a club with quite professional laser lights. They also served free "Revive" all night and there were some finger-food sold by the cafeteria.

We bought sandwiches for dinner and ate in the "lounge". After that, we went back to our table and waited till 8pm before the event started. Luckily, there was no Boring-opening speeches.

LY's group, Funkaholics, were the first to perform after a performance by a guest performer. During the lucky draw, they called my number, 8188. I asked ZS to go collect it for me.

No. 8188

It turned out to be 6 Sony BMG CDs which were really unpopular. They probably couldn't finish selling it. Since he kept my tickets since Thursday and went up to collect it for me, I let ZS choose 2 CDs.

ZS took the first 2 and I took the rest

The performance continued and we had an intermission at 9pm. We went upstairs to witness the finals for the SDO online dance competition. I heard that the winner actually got ALL PERFECT for his last game.

**Oh, forgot to mention that we saw Mr Warren watching the competition too. Nice to meet him again...**

The winner is the guy second from the top right

We went back to the Lounge after the SDO winner was announced. Nobody went to the dance floor except about 4 people. Then, when the DJ announced it was the last song before we had to go back up, EVERYONE flooded the floor!

ZS and I went to grab another cup of Revive before going back up. Then, they had this Usher competition on stage. It was a B-Boy battle between 3 teams. In the end, the African boys from APIIT won.

The competition continued till all 8 teams were done. Then, Fellest Yen (guest judge and sponsor) performed for everyone. After that, the winners were announced and the prizes were given.

The grand prize winner was A Crew from APIIT. The Cookie Monsters, from HELP, got 3rd. I guess they deserve it because they were the only outsiders that joined. The event officially ended at 10.20pm.

There was an open dance floor till 11pm but most of the people (including us) crammed our way out to collect our EUPHORIA tickets. After 10 minutes in the line, we got our tickets and drove to Sunway.

We ended up in Ming Tian for supper/dinner. I ordered a large "Hong Kong zhu chang fen" for RM 5.50. It turned out to be twice of the usual size we have in Dim Sum shops. I also ordered Iced Kopi for RM 1.60.

Then, ZS and I went to my car to look for my EUPHORIA ticket. I remembered giving it to him but he denied it. 5 minutes later, we found it in the glove compartment and then ZS remembered he was the one that left it there...

We went back to look for the others. Together, we walked to EUPHORIA. We had to walk indoors to get in through the main entrance. When we arrived, there was a queue.

I was worried they wouldn't let us in because there was a few people standing outside. When they saw our green complimentary tickets, they let us in without checking anything. Great.

EUPHORIA was great! The interior design was really cool and cosy. The dance floor was empty and I was quite shocked about that. We then went to check out downstairs.

There was a lounge with many sofas. All of them were occupied so we went to survey outside. Did I mention Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in EUPHORIA? Guests are only allowed to smoke OUTDOORS.

So, we quickly came back in to get away from the EVIL GAS!! We then went another floor down. It was a small area with one DJ. There wasn't anybody so we were the first there. We sat around the comfy chairs and enjoyed the music.

Lonely DJ

Shouted at each other's ears whenever we try to make a conversation. We went upstairs again and met JT. He told us the dance floor should be more lively after 12a,. So, we went downstairs to the lowest room again.

Then, DY asked if we wanted beer. Being students, we bought one small bottle of Carlsberg for RM 20 and shared among the 3 of us. HX and HK didn't drink.

Cheers - Bottom one is me!

It was my first time drinking this much (well, not that much anyway). Then, we decided to go up to the main dance floor. There were at least 50 people in the dance floor. After looking at them for a while, we decided to get in the dance floor.

I didn't feel/dare dance at first. But with the help of the floor that vibrates with the bass, the few of us managed to do some noob and lousy shaking, bouncing moves. It was fun. HK didn't want to join us though.

HX complained that her leg hurt after 10 minutes. So, DY brought her back up and we followed him. After awhile, DY, ZS and I went back down to the dance floor and did our crazy and lousy stuff.

Our favourite part was when the white lights went blinking. That was the best. Met some of our classmates too. About half an hour (20 minutes maybe?), we went back up to drag HX and HK down to join us.

HK stood there like a log. At least We managed to make him move a little. About 15 minutes later, we decided to stop and went back to the lowest dance floor. On the way down, ZS and I realized our ears had became puffy and couldn't hear properly.

Back down there, we were surprised that there were at least 20 people dancing there already! We walked around and decided to dance (shaking/bouncing only of course).

I preferred the music here because there were some lyrics in it but the one upstairs was only music. But, I still prefer the dance floor upstairs because of the lights, vibrating floor and the crowd.

A short 5 minutes later, we decided to leave the place. The bouncers were actually giving us tags so that we can come back later (the same night only) but we told them we weren't coming back later. It was only about 12.45am.

Walked to our car. ZS came in my car and I drove behind DY's car since I didn't know the way to his house in Klang. We dropped HX and HK back home first. Then we went to DY's house. It was already 1.30am.

We changed and got ready. DY didn't want to sleep so early but ZS already fell asleep. I chatted with DY till 1.40am before I decided to sleep too. Left alone, DY went to bed...

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Woke up at 8.10am and asked them if they still wanted to sleep. DY said yes so we went back to sleep. At 9.50am, I woke up again and made them get up. ZS woke up after I went to the toilet but DY was STUBBORN!

It took me half an hour (maybe less) to get that lazy PIG up from his bed! After we were all ready, we left the house at 10.30am and went to eat our Brunch in a Bak Kut Teh shop. According to DY, there are 7 Bak Kut Teh shops in his area.

We ordered one "dry" and one "wet" Bak Kut Teh and 2 bowls of "Yeow Char Kuai". We agreed that the meat here isn't as nice as the one we went to during our previous sleepover at DY's. But, the soup was nice.

Bak Kut Teh, Wet (back) and Dry (front) - RM 25

After that, DY lead us to Kesas. Then, I drove ZS home with the guidance of his directions. He told me how to get back from his house. Luckily, I didn't get lost and managed to get home at 12.30pm.

Getting Ready

Woke up at 8.30am and used the laptop. Dad bought Roti Planta for me so I went down to eat it. It wasn't as nice before because I couldn't taste any planta. Used the laptop till 11.30am and went downstairs to watch TV.

At 12.30pm, the six of us went to Curve. I wanted to eat 1920's Timballo and that is how we ended up there. There wasn't many customers inside and the service was poor. The Timballo wasn't as nice as the one in BV. My Mango drink wasn't special too.

Fruity Mango (RM 5) - Had weird jelly balls. Drink was okay.

Timballo (RM 17.50) - Beef Lasagna in Pancakes. The pancakes weren't properly made.

Everyone couldn't finish their meal and dad had to finish it. We packed E's Spaghetti. Then, we went to Yishion because they were having a "moving out" sale. We did not buy anything because the girls couldn't find their sizes (too fat. HAHAHA).

Next, we went into Sony Center and looked around. At about 3pm, we left the Curve and went home. Stopped by Guardian for mum to buy some stuff before that.

At home, I lazed around for half an hour before coming upstairs. Used the laptop till 4.40pm and went to shower. Came out and wrote part of this post. Leaving for Dance2Nista soon...
