Space Food

Yesterday night, we decided to try the astronaut's ice-cream. After trying, we brought it over to 97 for them to try. Most of us didn't like it. It tastes like milk powder. Yuck! SGD 3.50 wasted but it's okay. They just bought this space food sold at the Discovery Centre in Singapore out of curiosity. Well at least now we know how the astronauts have to suffer eating all these space food.

Wah, No RICE!!!

Last night, I was visiting Nuffnang's website and I saw the Hancock Event. I quickly cracked my brains for an idea to write. It took me about 1 hours to finish that post. Now, all I can do is hope that I get picked.
.
Today, they were staff setting up a stage in the foyer area. That's because APIIT is donating RM 30,000 to one of the quake relief funds. BIG DEAL!! If you want to donate money, why do you have to waste extra $$ to set up this function? Might as well they donate it. But of course, it is the main reason they are doing this anyway. PUBLICITY!
.
We all went for lunch at the cafeteria and there were many people. JT went ahead to buy his food while ML and I waited. When we finally wanted to go take some food from the "mixed rice" area, we found out that there was NO MORE RICE! When AM found out that the cafeteria has ran out of rice, she and her colleague went somewhere else to eat.
.
Actually, there was enough rice. It just so happen that there were too many people today and they didn't prepare enough much rice. So, they had to cook an extra bucket of rice. This "rice pause" only affected the "mixed rice" section. The chicken rice stall had its own bucket of rice. And because of this, the line for Chicken Rice was super long!
.
We waited for about half an hour before another batch of rice was ready. Those in APIIT would know that occasionally, there will be a second cashier opened when there is too many hungry customers. We went to the second cashier and she charged both of us RM 5.5o each! Even that took her a quite a while. Maybe she doesn't know how to count and charged us EXTRA!!
.
After school, I dropped JT and KW in the LRT station. Went home and surfed the net as usual...
.
At about 5.30pm, mum followed me to Shell to pump petrol into my very empty gas tank. The guy asked me if I'm sure I wanted V-Power. I answered him "yes". Then he said "V-Power 317sen/liter oh! Very expensive". I nodded and gave him a Owh-okay-laugh. It went to RM 118.16 before the tanks was full...
.
When I reached home, we went in the house for a minute and I had to go out again to send M and her friends to tuition. It was quite a pleasant experience to hear young girls chatting/going crazy (no offense eh if you "terasa").
.
When I reached home, my finger was already on the Off-button of the radio. Just before I turned it off, I heard Natalie of Hitz.fm say "Wait...". Too bad, the radio has already gone off. I wanted to turn it on again to hear what she has to say. But, I was just too eager to get out of the car and go in the house so I just didn't bother.
.
After 10 minutes or so, mum asked me to go pick E. I was too lazy to go and said "I'm busy". She said she was busy too and I replied her with "I have a blog to maintain, do you?". In the end, she went to pick E by herself.
.
My grandparents from Kuching has just came to KL. We probably will go over to 97 to visit them some time tonight...
.
**Someone told me my blog was getting boring without pictures. Sorry to all that feels the same. I'll try my best to get a good camera/camera-phone soon.**
I forgot to mention that in the morning I was parking in TPM. My car was already straight but I decided to reverse to the nearer slot. The distance detetcor already beeped but I ignored it because usually when I does ring, there is still a lot of space. Suddenly, I kissed the Wira. Luckily I was going very slow so there wasn't any damage. I quickly went forward and parked at the original spot, act as though nothing happened, walked to class...

Not Your Average Super Hero

Have you ever wondered what would happen to superheroes in the real world?
.
How would people differentiate who the real Spiderman is? Nowadays, you can even see some kids wearing spidey suit in the mall. So, to change this, believe it or not, Spiderman has now got himself a new T-shirt that says "I am Spiderman". However, I do not think this would help at all because the moment anyone sees this, they themselves would try to duplicate that suit.
.
And because there are many hot guys around, we cannot really identify who the Human Torch is. If you go to any pub in Bangsar, the heat will be so intense that heat generated from the Human Torch becomes unnoticeable. The only way to identify the Human Torch is to get him into the Ice Bar in the Curve. He will be the first person to faint there because it is TOO COLD inside there.
.
Last but not least, the once super-sized Incredible Hulk will soon become very slim. This is because the money in his bank account is slowly getting lesser. That will be thanks to the increase in food prices recently. Not only that, he also has to keep spending few hundreds of dollars to buy his clothes, especially shirts because he insists on buying branded ones.

Rude Fool!

Today, I woke up slightly later. I reached TPM at 9am and luckily, there were still legal spots. I went to my class in ENT3 and found that there was a class going on. I then found a room on the ground floor that belongs to APIIT. I sat there and did my MS assignment till it was 10.45am.
.
We had lunch in the cafeteria after PITS. Then, we went to the library where I finished my MS assignment. I decided to use some information from today's The Star's front page. Then, when I was about to write down the last sentence, an idiotic Indian male (looks like a lecturer) came and said "can I have the papers?". ML and I both stared at him speechless (didn't want him to take it). We didn't know what to say.
.
Guess what he did? He said "For a while only" and just took it away! Robbed of my reference, I went online to find it. Thankfully, I managed to find the same article. When we left, that Faorkar was still reading the papers!
.
After PENG and NS, I went to the cafeteria to meet JY and SY. We combined our parts of the MS assignment and discussed some stuff. Finally, my part here is done and I have nothing more to worry!
.
When we were done, I waited for AM for about 10-15 minutes. Then, we walked to my car because she wanted to "tumpang" my car. She say she regretted following me and rather wait another 2 hours for her colleague. This is because I parked my car so far! This lady I tell you, walk a bit also cannot...
.
"I'm wearing high heels" was her reason. She then told me that I should buy the APIIT parking ticket (weekly/monthly) so I don't need to walk so far. With that, I can park in the APIIT compound. I asked her what if I bought it and the compound was full? She said that they counted the parking spaces and sell limited amount of tickets/passes. Not bad, I may consider doing that after all...
.
Before she got off my car, I passed her 2 DVDs that I burned. At home, I surfed the net until about 8pm before eating dinner. I watched some TV after that. There was an interesting programme called "Discovery Magazine". It was about some bats, beetles, jellyfishes and high-speed cameras.
.
Now, I watching Desperate Housewives on 8tv. I missed out some episodes in between! I better catch up soon because the plot is getting interesting!
