So my family is vegetarian today. We then decided to have lunch at Sakae Sushi. Once there, we looked at the menu and realized there are quite a few things for us to order.
First, I ordered Inari (japanese rice wrapped in beancurd skin). Then, I also ordered kappa maki (cucumber) and tamago maki (egg). Also, I had some Kakiage and Tamago Handroll (omelette and cucumber handroll). I ordered potato salad too and it was great.
Inari - RM 1.90
Kappa Maki & Tamago Maki - RM 1.90 + RM 3.90
Kakiage - RM 3.90
Tamago Handroll - RM 3.90 each
Potato Salad - RM 3.90Besides that, mum had Edamame (green peas) while M had a Kinoko Soba (Assorted Mushrooms in Soba Soup).
Edamame - RM 3.90
Kinoko Soba - RM 11.90Overall, it was quite a satisfying dinner. Wasn't really full though. Anyway, we paid the bill with mum's Citibank card. The cashier then told us that handrolls are "buy 1 free 1".
Anyway, the bill turned out to be RM 47.35. And that's the end of our vegetarian adventure in Sakae Sushi. :)
