Woke up at 8am when we were supposed to leave at that time. Dad bought breakfast so I went downstairs to have some Pau and Roti Canai while waiting for my turn to use the bathroom.
Everyone was ready and we finally left the house at 9am. Went to refuel our car before driving off to Penang. Took a break at the Tanjung Malim Rest-stop. After that, we drove to Taiping for lunch. Met up with dad's friend and he brought us to a food court.
Dad's friend ordered some food for us and paid for it too. After lunch, we said bye and went to Petronas for a toilet break. Dad also bought us some sweets and peanuts for our road trip from the shop.
Fell asleep and only woke up when we paid the toll to go onto the Penang Bridge. Even after we crossed the bridge and got to Penang, we had to drive for another half an hour before arriving at our hotel.
At 3pm, we arrived at the entrance of Berjaya Georgetown Hotel. There were too many reservations and the receptionist couldn't really handle the crowd. We waited for 50 minutes but still didn't get our room.
The manager then brought us upstairs and gave us some complimentary drinks. That was a smart move as it did make us less impatient. There, we waited another half an hour before we were brought to our Junior Suites.

Although it was already close to 6pm, we still ordered quite a lot of sushi! The price was quite reasonable and the food wasn't bad anyway. Left the place at 6.40pm and went back to the hotel. Some complimentary pink cordial

Explored the room and took a few pictures before having some snacks. An hour later, we hit the streets of Penang again. Dad brought us to "Solok Moulmein" and we had some snacks there.

There, we lied on the bed and watched TV till it was almost 9pm. Then, dad brought us back to the same stalls at "Jalan Moulmein" and we ordered a little bit of everything. The Hokkien Fried here wasn't nice but the GaoZi and Pork Satay was great.

We were satisfied after half an hour of eating. Before going back to the hotel, we bought some biscuits from a hawker. We wanted visit the pool area but it was closed. So, we went back to our rooms.
I started writing this post as the rest of them watched Titanic on TV2. Didn't have any internet connection so I couldn't upload it today. It's 11.30pm already and I'm going to end this post here. Bye...
