Last IS and PITS Class

Today was our last pits class. as usual, it supposed to start at 10.25am but Miss Hema was late. She showed us some slides and ended the class. Some of them went to take some pictures with her for remembrance. Some people, like me, didn't bother.

After that, someone suggested we go to Station1 for lunch. This time, 15 of us went. All of us sat in 3 cars (AL, AC and JG). WL, CQ, LY and I sat in AC's Wira. We went to the station1 somewhere in Kuchai Lama.

We went a few rounds before finding a place to park. We were the last to reach the place. So, we sat at the far end of the long table. I ordered chicken chop with mushroom sauce and jasmine tea. Station1 has a games corner for their customers. We took the cards and played "chor dai di" while waiting for the food to come.

Mine was the first few to be served. CQ was so hyped to see Mushroom Sauce. She says it is her favourite. It was KW's favourite too. So, I let them have some of my sauce. The food was okay. Everyone finished their food except CQ. this is probably because she took some food from here and there which made her full!

The best thing is that we had a fun time chatting, joking and playing. AC asked for the bill when we were done. For 15 of us, the total was RM 249. It is this cheap because some of them didn't order anything to eat.I paid RM 18 and lent KW RM 10 because he didn't bring enough. Now, my wallet has nothing but coins!

We went back to APIIT for our last class of IS. Miss Sumathi gave us some questions to do at home and ended the class. So, after awhile, WL, KW and I walked to my car. I dropped them off at the LRT before going home. On the way, I found out that WL used to go for tuition in Kasturi, PJ and she knows Mr How!

At home, I did nothing productive at all. Ate some Ice Cream and surfed the net. The usual. After dinner, J and mum went to CzipLee and I asked them to get me some pens.

I played another few round of Gunbound while waiting for KW to come online. When he finally came, we battled each other in GB. He won most of it... Not long after that, he got disconnected. M wanted to play GB so I sat beside her and watched/helped.

About an hour later, we got disconnected. All websites wasn't working and even the desktop can't connect to the Internet. Probably another Streamyx Connection Breakdown.That's why I'm writing this on a notepad and will post it tomorrow. Hopefully, streamyx will be back online tomorrow...

Every Minute Is Important!

PITS class was supposed to be at 10.25am but Miss Hema was 20 minutes late! We did some revision during the class. After it ended, we hanged around or 15 minutes or so.

Then, they decided to go out for lunch. This time, 10 of us went. So, 6 people in my Avanza and 4 in AL's Saga. AL went to pick his gf before going there. Everyone in my car didn't know the way except JJ. So, he lead the way.

We ended up in Happy Garden. The coffee shop's name is "Mooi Mooi". We sat down and ordered our drinks. The lady asked if we wanted to pay together or separately. AC told her together (meaning wait for the others to come first).

When the others arrived with AL's gf, they sat down and AL introduced his gf to us. A guy came to us politely and asked us what we wanted to eat. I was told the rice (chicken and roast meat) here was quite nice. All of us ordered food from that stall. JJ and I ordered roast meat(siew yoke) rice. The rest ordered chicken rice or roast meat + chicken rice.

Mine was the first few dishes that came first. So AL, AC, KS and I started eating first. DY was hungry and ate his plate of rice first. When his dish came, his rice was already all in his stomach! JJ and I agreed that the roast meat rice we ate was nice.

When last dish came (KW's chicken rice), the guy came and collected the money. The standard price was RM 4.80 per dish and an extra RM 1 for another bowl of rice. We were having a good time with all the insults and lame jokes.

Suddenly, the lady came and said in Cantonese with a rude tone "You all wanted to pay together right? RM 16.50!" We all looked at her and DY asked her how much is a cup of herbal tea. Then he told her to collect the money separately. She walked away quickly.

We waited for more than 10 minutes and she still didn't come. AC even asked us if she wanted to collect our money or not. When our patience nearly reached its limits, she came and blurted out very quickly that we nearly missed what she said "chrysanthemum RM 1.80, herbal tea RM 1.20, soya milk RM 1.20".

I ordered Barley so I asked her "Barley?" and she said "RM 1.20". I didn't have small change so I walked to her and gave her RM 10. She gave me back my change but it was WET! Yuck! We went back to TPM after that.

We dropped JJ and AH in APIIT first. Then, I drove us to where AC parked his car. I parked mine there and AC drove us back to APIIT. At the junction, his car collided with motorcycle. I'm not really sure who was wrong since I wasn't paying attention.

Anyway, AC went down and he and the guy both asked each other if they are fine. Weird enough, none of them asked for any money. The guy in the bike went off and AC parked his car. He called his insurance agent and hung up after a while. We went to look at the damage on his car. Imagine if we were few minutes later, the accident wouldn't have happened.

After that, we went to class. AC was talking on the phone with someone (his parents, maybe). And he realised he lost his thumbdrive. He went searching in his car and came back to class with nothing. He then asked me for my key so that he could go to my car and look for it. He came back with it. It seems that he left it there and forgot about it.

He was EMO the rest of the day. We continued with our IS class. According to Miss Sumathi, this class can help us increase 2 grades! Class ended at 3.45pm. It was raining so I waited for the rain to die down.

Around 8.10 pm, I was about to buy 3 tickets to watch Kung Fu Panda at 9pm. We selected 3 VERY nice seat! Just while it was processing the payment, a message came out saying "process has timed out".

I checked the time and there was 5 minutes left.I did it the second time and the same error message came up. I tried to go back to the first page where I choose the showtimes. To my surprise, ALL the 9pm shows wasn't there anymore.

I came out with this conclusion "we can't buy tickets online for show that start 50 minutes later". If I bought them 5 minutes earlier, we would have been watching Kung Fu Panda already! Why do they care when we buy it? Isn't it good enough that we PAY them? How silly!

To make up with that, I watched "Untraceable" on the VAIO. It is a detective thriller about a guy with a website. He kills people and stream it online. The more viewers, the faster they die! It really shows us how curious our society is these days. And the ending was nice!

My PENG Drama!!

Today IS the day where it is my group's turn to perform our drama. We went to ENT3 at 9am and practised roughly. I haven't even memorised my dialogues! I prepared a slideshow with pictures and we continued practising.

After 1 round of practise, we went for PITS class. Miss Hema was giving some exam tips. She ended the class early. We took this opportunity to do a more serious rehearsal. This time, we planned what to do and where.

At 12.50pm, we decided to go for lunch and come back at 1.30pm. KW and JT had packed their own "Nasi Lemak". That left ML and I. So, we followed AC, AL and ZS. AC suggested Lunchbox in ENT4. We hopped into AL's car and he drove there.

None of us went there before and didn't know the way. We parked in front of ENT4 and followed 2 ladies that looked as if they were going for lunch. Soon enough, we saw the place. There was a food court outside and a restaurant inside. I'm not sure which 1 is called Lunchbox.

Anyway, we went to the restaurant. AC, ZS and I ordered "Fish & Chips" while AL and ML picked their own dishes (just like cafeteria's mixed rice). AL was first to pay. They charged him RM3.50 and we went "Wow". The secret to that is to choose vegetables only and NO meat!

ML paid RM 6 something and he said he feels so pain! Haha. They combined AC, ZS and my bill together. When we heard "RM 46.50" we were in TOTAL shock! Turns out, the "Fish & Chips" costs RM11.50 each. AC and ZS ordered drinks too. We paid and sat down in a corner.

The "Fish & Chips" took so long to come. AL and ML had already finished their meal 5 minutes ago when the "Fish & Chips" finally came. It was quite worth it considering we paid RM11.50 for it. At least they used fish meat instead of fish paste. ML and AL went to take plain water for all of us since we paid "so much".

We went back to ENT3 to change to our costumes and practise one last time. We were looking for a safety pin for my "cape" but couldn't find any. So, we used the "I ♥ Nuffnang" badge! The 1st group's drama was very short. So, during the middle of our second practise, AC came in and asked us to go and start our drama. We were totally unprepared!

We went in and did our drama. There were so many pauses here and there. You could obviously tell that we were ill-prepared. I suppose 7 times of rehearsal isn't enough. To me, it was still a success because this is a comedy and we made everyone laughed their a** off!

The story starts with the introduction of a beautiful girl. Then, 2 kings fight each other. The "Good" king (ME) then laid by the river and were rescued by the beautiful girl and her friend. The rest of the story can be watched in the video.

Can you see the Nuffnang badge? I know. Some of you might say that we weren't well prepared and all. Who cares? We had fun and it is finally over!!

We changed and watched the other 2 groups perform. AC's group was suppose to be a serious drama but everyone was laughing. The last group, DO's group, did quite well with close to zero pauses. But after it was over, JW told us she wasn't satisfied. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

Mr Suresh didn't tell anyone our grades for the drama but he gave us the marks for our "Reading and Writing" Incourse. I got 44/50! That means 22% for my final marks! AK scored 40/50 but guess what? He got 29/30 for his essay! Amazingly Crazy!

We had NS after that. Miss Jessica discussed another set of modal papers again. She ended the class at 5.10 pm and we all went home. Now that the drama is over, I have nothing else to worry about EXCEPT the exams...
