Last Day Away From Home

Woke up at 10am in the morning and SS made me a cup of Milo and gave me some biscuits for breakfast. I watched Discovery Channel for about 3 hours. There was one documentary about "Crystal Skull" from Indiana Jones. Interesting!

SS found this Kelisa 10 houses away and we suspect it!

SS and SS came back from IKEA with some Curry Puffs. Then, we waited for K to come back from school before going to IKEA for lunch. I had a "Chicken Chop" and it was quite nice. They didn't add salt to the fries so I had to do it by myself.

After lunch, we went to Guardian in Ikano to get K's lip balm. Then, we visited Cold Storage to get some black pepper. We went home and I slept for 20 minutes. SS went to ask the owner of the Kelisa. He insisted that it was the damage from an accident in the taxi stand outside 1utama.

SS picked C from college and she followed us to the police station. We spent more than an hour in there waiting and explaining. In the end, we lodged the report but we still have to go to another station on Wednesday.

Back at SS's house, I ate dinner and got ready to come home. SS gave me a container full of "keropok" and some bread to bring home. I left after that and reached home 20 minutes later.

Dad just came back from Indonesia and bought us many clothes! I showed them the "keropok" and we finished it withn 10 minutes! Then, we ate some "banana bun" (or something like that). It tasted like "roti planta" with brown bananas inside, something different. It was quite nice though...

Still Away From Home

Woke up around 5am and I was freezing! After a visit to the toilet, I went downstairs to get some water. Continued sleeping and woke up around 8am. Watched "Step Up 2" with K till lunch time.

Then, we went to SS2 for lunch in "Ah Khai Famous Char Siew Rice". For 5 person, it costs RM35. I ordered a "kopi" to drink. We went home and rested for an hour or so before going to KLCC.

We parked near the KJ LRT Station and too the LRT to KLCC. It was a long ride (13 stops) and I dozed off in the train. We walked to the convention centre and went straight into Hall 3. We walked round for an hour or so.

Then, C smsed to tell us someone hit my car and run away! How could someone be so dumb to hit a car that is parked? Anyway, we saw 4 shops selling Kaspersky Antivirus for RM80 (3users). When we finally wanted to buy it, they INCREASED the price to RM90!!

So, we went to another shop and got it for RM85. With sored legs and 100pcs of DVD-R (RM 60), I followed them to the LRT Station. There was a long queue to buy the tickets. We got on the train and reached KJ around 8pm.

We drove back to SS's house to pick K. We went to Hj Samuri for dinner. Ordered some Kajang Satay, fried rice and char kuey teow. The total bill was just extra 40 cents from today's lunch. Not bad.

When we reached home, we tried to take some pictures of the damage of the Avanza. K claims that it was a Kelisa that hit it. It was too dark to take a clear picture so I'll try to post some photos tomorrow...

Away From Home

E woke me up at 10 and asked me if I wanted to go for breakfast. I said no and slept on. Woke up half an hour later and went online. They came home with my breakfast from McD.

After an hour or so, Mum brought the girls to 1utama. I didn't wanted to go yet mum didn't want to drop me in SS's place. I called up SS and told them I'll be coming.

After my breakfast (cereal) for lunch, I parked near BV. There was a police waiting for people to park illegally so he could slap them with RM100 worth of summons.

I walked to BV and paid RM15 to get my hair cut. I'm finally doing this after more than 30 nags from many people. It didn't take long before the lady was done. Walked back to my car after that.

When I arrived at SS's house, C's friends where there. All of us watched "My Wife is a Gambling Maestro" and laughed our guts out. After that, we watched "Meet Dave".

His friends went home and C was sleeping so, only SS, SS and I was watching Eddie Murphy in "Meet Dave". It was quite a funny and fun movie but not really worth watching in the big screen.

SS went to pick M and GM from home and they joined us for dinner in Chan Kee. Food was okay. We came home and watched TV, STS and some pictures of C's trip to Brunei.

At 11pm, GM wanted to go home. I was too lazy to drive home so I got SS to drive them home. The Internet is just as slow as the speed at home. Like yesterday, I'll blog on Notepad and post it tomorrow...

NS Exam

Today was my last paper for the semester. Woke up and went to BBJ as usual. Snickers for breakfast. The exam was okay. For the first time, 90% of the students stayed till the time ran out.

We went to Pizza Hut in Sri Petaling for lunch. We ordered a 6 person set for Rm 66.60 after tax. We had fun talking crap and nonsense. Before JW, JJ and I left for the Pikom PC Fair, AL's gf, wanted to follow and told AL.

So, I got AL to drive all of us there. Saved me the trouble and stress of looking for a place to park! We went to AL's gf's house while AL dropped ZS in the LRT station. When AL came back, we left for the PCfair.

It was AL, JW and my first time going into the SMART tunnel. Once we were out, the jam started. All the parking lots in KLCC were blocked by a big "FULL" sign. We saw cars coming out of the parking but the management didn't want anymore vehicles to park inside.

We went rounds looking for a place to park. After about half an hour, we were about to give up and go home. Just before we left, a guy operating the open-air parking removed the FULL sign and allowed us to go in.

We parked and walked to the convention centre that is less than a minute away from the parking area. From now on, I'll probably park there! We covered all the halls in less than hours. JW and JJ bought some stuff but the rest of us walked back empty-handed.

JJ and JW shared the parking fees (RM6) since they were the ones that bought stuff. Once we reached AL's gf's house, JJ, JW and I went to my car. I dropped JJ in the LRT station and JW in APIIT. Had a nice conversation with JW about her family in Sarawak.

When I reached home, we went to Nature's again for our vegetarian dinner (oops, ate meat for lunch!). Before we went home, we dropped by 7eleven to get a Slurpee and 4 cans of "whatever". At home, everyone waited for 9.30pm to watch episode 5 of MR.

Once the teary episode ended, we switched to 8tv just in time to watch the ending of SYTYCD2. The winner of this season is CC. Didn't really watch much of this season so I have no comments. Played GB with CQ, KW and ML after that. It is fun playing with people you know.

The Genting trips has been postponed to next next week since we booked too late and the promotional rate is limited...
